We could not have been happier with Maria Linz Photography. Her style suited us so well and we loved the photo journalistic approach she has. We used Maria for our engagement pictures and she made us feel so comfortable posing and was so much fun to work with.
Maria found a great location to take pictures on our wedding day and once the wedding started we didn't even notice she was there. She took great pictures from all different angles.
When we got the proofs, we couldn't believe how great we looked.... Maria knows the best angles, lighting, and how to capture the day without being intrusive.

Maria is FANTASTIC. Not only is she an amazing photographer but she was indispensible the day of. Maria bustled my dress! We have received tons of compliments on our pictures. Maria also believes that you deserve to have the right to print as many of your pictures as you want... you get full rights!

We are going to use Maria in the future for family pictures.

Maria Linz Photography provided us with beautiful pictures of our wedding day!

We worked with Helen and Amanda on the day of the event and even worked with Helen to take our engagement photos a few months before. We loved working with both of them!

On the day of the event, they showed up on time and worked with us to ensure we got great pictures taken despite that we were a little behind schedule.

We just saw our pictures. Maria sent us a beautiful slide show as a "sneak peek" played to our wedding song. A few days later we received notice that our pictures were up online to view.

The only small issue we had was with our photo booth. Some of the pictures turned out great, but I wish that the photographers had provided more direction to the guests to ensure that every picture turned out well. Some of the groups were way too big for the backdrop and that sort of defeats that style of the picture when you can see the walls and floor beyond the backdrop. So if you make this a part of your photography package whether with Maria Linz or anyone else, just be sure to clearly communicate about this part of the process.

We are excited to continue the process, picking our favorites and planning our album.

Maria Linz Photography was wonderful! As soon as we met with Maria, we knew we wanted to go with her company. The day of the wedding, we actually had Helen and Amanda photograph for us, and they both did an outstanding job. Their patience with our large and routy bunch was appreciated and they were completely flexible and professional. We highly recommend them to everyone!

I don't even know where I should start this review--we had the best experience working with Maria and Helen, her assistant. Maria did all of the booking, scheduling, and organizing, and Helen was our lead photographer (along with Carly) for the day of our event. We could not have been happier with the entire thing--the planning and purchasing of the package was very easy and Maria is very felxible and reasonably priced! We met with Helen to discuss our wishes for the big day and were thrilled with the photos she took at our engagement shoot (included in the price). On the day of, she was extremely professional and very personable, helping us in pretty much every way. She had a wedding kit, including fashion tape, a sewing kit, and everything else you could imagine, which came in handy multiple times throughout the day. Her expereience was obvious and completely invaluable. She was very quick about getting everyone lined up, in and out, so we could get all of the shots we wanted and still have time to party at the reception! She was instrumental in helping to repair my dress after an incident with our limo driver, and has continued to help support us as we straighten the issue out. we honestly don't know what we would have done without her--she was completely invaluable!

Maria and Helen were absolutely amazing! I got my pictures back quickly, and I got 1200 pictures! Maria was 8 months pregnant on the day of my wedding, and was still a rock star! Also, Helen saved the day when my dress ripped and had a sewing kit in her bag. Pictures were really important to me, and I am so glad that I had Maria and her team with me on my day!

Maria did an amazing job with our wedding photographs. She caught every moment perfectly. She was also such a pleasure to work with - both before the wedding and during it. Our family and wedding party commented about how great she was. She was responsive every time I needed anything and very accomodating when setting up the dates and times. The photographer was a very important aspect of our wedding because our memories will, unfortunately, fade and I could not be happier with the memories that we will always have thanks to Maria. I highly recommend her!!

Maria was fantastic! When looking at photographers, make sure to look at their work form numerous events. I looked at Maria's and it outshined all of the other photographers that I met with. She was so great to work with and very flexible. I changed a few things last minute and she rolled with the punches. She was also super fast at getting my proofs/negatives back to me after the wedding.

I felt that Maria was extremely organized and helpful in the days leading up to the wedding. She provided a detailed schedule of events for the day of, that helped me to plan and organize the bridal party. On the day of the wedding, I knew I could count on Maria to keep us on schedule. She welcomed suggestions and opinions on where and when pictures should be taken, but then took charge in the artistic and stylistic side. Maria and Helen not only took beautiful photographs, but also captured the joy and celebration of the event. When you look through the pictures, it feels like you are reliving our wedding day. They made a point to capture all of the important pictures I requested, but did so much more. Other members of the bridal party and guests at the wedding commented on how professional, kind, and fun our photographers were. And then were further blown away when they actually saw the pictures. I would not want anyone else for such an important day!

Maria is such a talented photographer. Neither my husband, nor I enjoy having our pictures taken, but from the minute we started our engagement photo session, we felt comfortable with Maria and she made it so easy! We thought it would be awkward posing for the pictures, but Maria is very quick, she would pick a location, tell us what to do, snap a few shots and then we would move on. The engagement photos turned out beautifully. I really think that having this time with Maria prior to the wedding helped to make the big day run very smoothly.

We hired two photographers for our wedding day, which was definitely worth it. My husband and I decided not to see each other prior to the ceremony so it was nice to have Maria at the house with me as I was getting ready, and the second photographer at the church to get shots of the guys. Plus, the double coverage at the reception ensured that nothing was missed! Unfortunately, the second photographer was not as good as Maria and her photographs were not of the same quality, but it was still worth having the second photographer for more coverage.

One thing that was really important to me was that we did not spend too much time after the ceremony with the portrait shots so that we could get to the reception before cocktail hour was over. Maria really knew what she was doing. She was quick and efficient and made it really quite painless! We made it to the reception with plenty of time to mingle with our guests prior to dinner.

I was really impressed that between Maria and the second photographer, we had pictures of just about every guest at the wedding (and we had close to 150 people!) They actually did such a good job that I was able to send most people pictures of themselves from the wedding with their thank you card. This was such a simple thing, but everyone really appreciated the small token from the wedding, and I have Maria to thank for that.

Maria did such an amazing job at capturing our special day. Her ability to capture the little details and all of the special moments of that day continue to amaze me. Every time I look at my wedding pictures I am reminded of that beautiful day and the amazing family and friends that were there to share it with us. If you want a professional photographer that is fun to work with, is extremely talented and will capture the story of your big day for you to remember forever, definitely go with Maria Linz!

Maria and Helen were amazing! My guests loved having them around! We took one shot with about 30 people and they were able to capture the entire family!
