Jennifer, at A Magical Affair, was our wedding planner. She did a amazing job for my daughter's wedding!! We were from out of town and needed help with so many little details in the planning phase. She was able to help us out with all the detail and was very prompt on responding to all emails, questions and concerns we had. She kept the wedding day on track and took all the stresses of the day away. She truly did provide "A Magical Day" for all of us!!!

Jennifer and her team were absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. She was always so polite and would answer my e-mails within 24 hours. I felt like all our meetings were very productive and I always felt like she had everything under control. My husband and I love how on our wedding day, we could just look at Jennifer and say "Okay, where do we go next". We made a few changes on the day of kind of impromptu and she was able to roll with whatever we threw at her. For example, last min, my husband and I decided to do a receiving line after the reception, without a blink of an eye she got us somewhere to stand and told all the guest to make their way towards us. I cannot describe enough how helpful Jennifer was throughout the whole process.

Courtney was wonderful to work with and had a lot of great insight during preparations prior to the wedding. She stepped in late in the game, as our original day of wedding planner cancelled, and did a great job. Her organization, knowledge, and experience was excellent. The only potential improvement would be an increased presence as we were getting ready and taking pictures, as my husband and i did an "around the corner" photo shoot and it would have been nice to have a member of courtney's team come along to help with the organization and to ensure we didnt see each other. Overall, would highly recommend.

I was disappointed. I told myself I would not be the typical bride-zilla and pick apart everything that went wrong....and some things were not teh fault of the coordinator. There was a bad storm at which time the lady who manages the golf course came to me and told me I would not be getting married in the venue I paid for- instead they would put me on THE STEPS with everyone STANDING crowded to see me (add to this my 72 year old dad had flown all the way from the Phillippines-the thought of him standing during the whole ceremony was outrageous). No one really gave me any back up in case it stormed, or had an alternate plan. Needless to say I was in tears during the most blissful day of my life. Flash forward to the break in the rain...we rush out to do the ceremony....I was trying to keep my dress above the puddles and was so nervous about getting it filthy-which I did anyway- that I didnt remember what arm my dad was supposed to hold and he didnt either- a small thing really but I wish my coordinator would have given us a reminder- I was so shook up I didnt remember. Then I kept waiting for the bridal march to play...the DJ must have had trouble because when he finally began playing music it was the same song my bridesmaids walked down to...I walked anyway. After the ceremony we turned and again I wasnt sure if the bridesmaids were supposed to come down first or me- I was just so flustered with everything. So we paused and I looked down the aisle to see the wedding coordinator cover her head with her hands and shake her head...not exactly professional or encouraging, My dress dragged through the mud...though I will say the owner of the golf course tried to keep the train out of the puddles...I dont mean to sound ungrateful or rude, but I was disappointed with the overall coordination. For what we paid, I certainly expected more.

It was great having Courtney and her team there for the rehearsal and wedding day! They did a great job with everything! They played such a major role in making the day go so well. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a coordinator.

I called on the Monday before my wedding on a Saturday. This was also the week of Thanksgiving. It took a miracle and this great staff to make my wedding possible. It was a perfect day and I couldn't have asked for friendlier, better or faster service.

The rehersal and the wedding went off great! They did everything they said they would, and a little more! My biggest complaint would be that they were very very hard to get a hold of on the phone, and I never ever even spoke to Courtney despite leaving her multiple messages. There were a few small things that could have been handled better the day of the event but I think overall they did a great job, and I didn't worry about anything. I was a very easy going bride. But, unlike my other vendors I didn't really feel like they really cared about my wedding but that they were just doing their job.

I was a very low key bride and didn't need much assistance or help with anything...or so I thought! A Magical Affair was provided to me by the Opryland Hotel,which is where I got married. The Monday after I got married, I called Courtney and told her how grateful I was to her and her staff. I really don't know what I would have done without them. They took care of all the set-up at the ceremony and the reception...from setting up my candy buffet (they provided everything except the candy) to getting my first drink and something to eat during the cocktail hour, they were there for me and ready to do whatever I asked of them with a smile on their face. Speaking of face, when my husband decided to smash cake in my face during the cake cutting, they were right there with a moist, warm towel. OMG! I loved them!!! Thank you girls for everything. You were the best!!!!

A Magical Affair was wonderful for my wedding at Opryland Hotel in Nasvhille. It is a busy place with lots going on and it was nice knowing there was someone behind the scenes remembering the stuff I could not! The wedding went perfectly with A Magical Affair in charge! They were quick to respond to my requests no matter what it was, moving tables, or chairs, helping decorate, etc. I would recommend this service for any occasion!! I always knew that I would hire a wedding planner. I saw at other weddings, and have seen since, what happens when you don't have someone looking out for you on your wedding day. It was my goal to have our family be our family on our wedding day, and not coordinate our wedding. And that is exactly what happened.

Three weeks prior to my wedding, our venue was flooded out. Only three days after the flood, we were placed with a new venue and had a meeting set up at the new location. Courtney and her crew then called every single one of my guests and notified them of the change. She also accompanied me to meetings with other new vendors that were now necessary.

Also, I am a DIY bride. I decided to refinish a door (yes, an actual door) to paint and put behind my husband and I on the altar with hanging lights. Then, on the suggestion of Courtney, they took the door to our reception where all our guests signed it. It's currently in our living room in our home and I love looking at it.

On the day of, everything went really well. If something did go wrong, then I didn't know it. The pace of the reception was wonderful and we had a TON of people stay until the very end. I am very pleased.
