I cannot say enough about Madeline and her team! They are incredible to work with. Every time we met with them or spoke with them, we came away even more excited about our wedding.
We had a VERY difficult wedding planning process, and despite the fact that we had only contracted Madeline's to do Day of Wedding coordination, Madeline was with me every step of the way. I can't count how many panicked emails and phone calls I made to her, and she always took the time to help me. She spent WAY more time that was ever expected from a day of coordinator helping us with the details of our wedding, and working her professional magic to get some tough situations sorted out for us.
I can't stress enough how important it is to have someone with such incredible knowledge of the local wedding industry - Madeline's contacts, experience and professional know-how were totally invaluable to us! Heck, we had guests at our wedding asking for Madeline's contact info so that they could book the same services. We even had one big brother of a future bride say that he wanted to book Madeline's as a wedding gift for his sister.
Madeline and her team are wonderful to work with. Their communication is incredible - it rarely took more than an hour or two to get answers to emails or voicemails. Anything we needed, whether it be details for the reception or just advice on who to see or where to go, Madeline and her amazing team were always there to help.
I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Madeline's Weddings was the best service we could have asked for. They were more then our wedding planners, everyone involved in the team treated as if we were their only client...and we honestly thought we were at times b/c we had their full attention at all times.
We couldn't have asked for our wedding day to be any different, it was gorgeous, our taste and classy and modern. It was stunning. People still tell me all the time how it was a dream wedding and something out of a fairy tale.
I honestly can't thank them enough on behalf of my husband and I.
From day one the emails were so fast to be returned and so much went into them, the phone calls were always enjoyable and the meetings were fantastic and so much fun.
I could write forever about how much I adore Madeline and her amazing team. I can't even image what else they have up their sleeves. They are successful for a reason, and it shows.
I hope to hire them for many more special days in our lives, as they are so much bigger then just weddings.
The cost to use didn't even matter, we would have paid more. It was a priceless service to the both of us. To have the stress of the day taken off our hands was the best thing ever. I have never been a part of such a relaxing wedding...and the whole experience from start to finish was smooth and perfect.

If you want to be guaranteed a beautiful reception and a stress-free day, I would recommend Madeline's Weddings every time! They took care of us, made sure everything ran smoothly, filled in wherever we needed them for the ceremony and the reception. Having event choreographers like these, nothing is left to chance. We didn't have to worry about a single detail the day of, and the reception was nothing short of fairy-tale magic. Really over and above anything we could've imagined. Worth every penny!

I know what you are thinking...."who gets a perfet score?" Well Madeline, Dale and Aisha and the rest of the Madelines wedding crew deserve it. They made our wedding day a spectacular beautiful event. Even to this day, a month and a half later, our family and friends still tell us how wonderful our wedding was!

Madeline and her team were fantastic to deal with, I can't say enough good things about them! They did a fantastic job decorating my reception, I also ordered my candy buffet and stationery through them which they did an excellent job coordinating to match my colors and theme!

I knew the decor was going to be gorgeous but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Madelines did a fantastic job and created my dream wedding! I don't know what I would have done without them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is planning a wedding or event!

Because of Madelines, my wedding was everything that I dreamed of and even more. From the ceremony at the church decorated with pew bows, to the amazing decor at Bridges, it was like a fairy tale. Their staff were absolutely amazing, especially Dale. He made sure that we were on time, that the music was cued at the right time to the right song for me to walk down the aisle. Even with a last minute change of the receiving line, he went to each individual table to let people know. It was fantastic. The head table was so beautiful with the candles and the roses and the whole room was all decked out in pretty pink and green.
Madeline's services are amazing. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to book with Madeline's when they get married. We felt so comfortable and relaxed, we didn't need to worry about a thing- we actually had the time to really take it all in and enjoy our day.

Hello Madaline and team,
We were married July 18, 2009 at the Fort Gary Hotel. The venue we chose is spectacular in itself, and when you and your team came to decorate it it became unreal! Words literally cannot discribe how the room looked.
As a bride, I've always had a vision of what I'd like the reception to look like, and the reality became something much more than I could have ever imagined!! The colours were dead on, table settings were immaculate...every detail of every decoration was perfect, there is not one thing we could see out of place in a room set for over 200 people! The head table blew our minds! It was truley the focus of the room!
Another detail that we had, but didnt discuss with you, was a dedication table (for my Father and a family member). This table was decorated perfectly and really made it special for us. We did not ask for this, but that is the level of quality your company is capable of and we really appreciate it.
We sincerley applaud you and your team for a job very well done (to say the least),

Everyone was extremely professional, welcoming and willing to go the extra mile right from the start. It made the whole experience much more relaxing than I could have expected otherwise and definitely less stressful for all involved.
The reception d?cor was absolutely stunning; the details were numerous and none were left unattended to or overlooked.
