I guess thanks for the unflattering review. I wish you were more understanding AGAIN... No one told me when the cake cutting or toss was happening. No one said a thing to me when I returned from changing batteries. I do take responsibility to some degree since I always try to have my spare batteries on me. This is why having two photographers is the remedy to these kind of issues. I explained that you never told me ahead of time to take pictures of the Grandma. So please understand that I would have taken those images if I had known. It's your wedding day and priority is to take pictures of you two and the general scene unless I'm notofied otherwise. You may not enjoy your pictures however I get lots of compliments from the samples I have on my website, and from wedding shows I do where I display some of your images. Looking through the images it seems pretty fair to say that I did my job and documented the day thoroughly and with professional quality.I guess thanks for the unflattering review. I'm reading the contract with special requests and details as I write. From what I can see you're wedding was at 2pm. I showed up hours before that. You requested to shoot a majority of "posed" pictures before the reception. You got that and some. I understand that we may have stayed out there longer than you had wished on that HOT day. I felt a little extra time was needed to insure getting a reasonable amount of good images, since sweat and sun can be unflattering variables. I just wanted to get you good images. From what I can tell I did my job. You requested "typical" weddings shots. By looking at your images you got more than typical standard wedding images. In fact there isn't ONE thing in your requests that I didn't cover. And looking at the images I felt I did a stellar job making the most out of a roughly and unflattering landscaped property. Regards to the date of getting your DVD. If you read your contract you would've understood that I have 6 weeks to get you your DVD. I try to get it to you sooner. I'm pretty sure you received it within that period. I feel your 0.8 rating is uncalled for and over exaggerated on your end.
