I bought two dresses from this bridal shop. I couldn't decided, so I purchased one for the ceremony and one for the review.
I live a ways away, so I called to see if I could come purchase my headpieces one day during the week (I called about two hours before my arrival) and was told no problem! We will help you with that.
Well, I arrived, told them who I was, they said, we're sorry, we have a bride trying on gowns in the back, she has the room booked for two hours.
So, I told them my situation, they didn't care. I got no help whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn't suggest buying a dress or anything else from them. I'm so glad I didn't have to get alterations done to my dress there, who knows what would have happened!
I do not recommend them at all. I was extrememly disappointed.
