They were prompt in their communication, fair in their pricing, and extremely understanding and helpful when I encountered a last-minute crisis brought on by a venue coordinator who "forgot" to tell me the venue had ordered a new type of chairs. The L&M's chair covers transformed an otherwise plain banquet room into a beautiful and romantic setting--they really made all the difference in our decor.
