Liss and Bill helped us relax and enjoy the whole process. They took the time to talk to family and friends; they captured those special looks and relationships that made that day so special. The best way to relive a moment is by looking at photos, and I'm so glad we hired them to capture those glimpses of time.

Bill and Liss are incredibly gifted photographers and super nice people. They were a pleasure to work with - very friendly and accomodating. My son's beautiful wedding day was captured perfectly and I have gotten so much joy from looking at the pictures. They provide me with so much detail that I missed on that day. Ordering prints was easy and they remembered us immediately despite the many events they cover. Thanks Bill and Liss!!!

Liss and Bill went above and beyond to make me feel confident and sure in their skills. From the engagement and bridal sessions to the entire wedding week, Bill and Liss were there every time I turned around. As everything began to fall apart with monsoon rains for our outdoor wedding, Liss strapped on her mud boots and said no fear. One of my favorite memories was during the ceremony, I heard plastic moving behind me and when I turned around, Liss was on her back in the mud just to get that perfect shot. They were the first vendors we booked, more than a year out from our wedding, and by far, one of the best decisions we could have made. Their quality of work is far beyond what we even imagined and they truly became like family to us. Thank you for everything!

Bill and Liss have done an amazing job with my wedding. James and I couldn't be more pleased with the way the engagement photos, bridal pics, and all of the wedding shots turned out! The care and time they put into each shot shows. They are so fun to hang out with as well; they make the photo shoots fun!! Getting to know them as professionals and friends has been a blessing to both of us! I would MORE than recommend them as anyone's photographer!

To define Liss Sterling Photography as a "vendor" for my wedding is an understatement because they provided so much more than photographs of my event. Liss and Bill captured the love, excitement, tenderness, joy, and bliss of the most significant and special day in my life; the photos truly embody a love story and they were one of the best parts, if not the best part, of my wedding experience.
One of my friends said that what makes their photos so special is the way they made her feel. It's true. If you want to capture the essence of your wedding experience, the way a father shelters his daughter from the weather, the way a mother helps her daughter into her dress, and the look in the groom's eyes when he sees his bride for the first time, you must use Liss Sterling Photography.
Liss and Bill are very professional and very flexible. For an outdoor wedding, I'm not sure if I could have had worst weather, but the photos still caught the beauty of that day, and Bill and Liss were real troopers. I could not have been in better hands. My albums are works of art, and they are my most treasured possessions from my wedding.
My husband and I feel that we have made friends for life and look forward to them taking pictures of our children someday.

the pros:
1. they are such fun, warm, sincere people that they make the experience very confortable and fun
2. they take amazing candid photographs capturing emotions and unique perspectives on the event
3. I LOVED gettingt and owning all of our digital images!
4. they stayed for almost the whole day- over 12 hours!
5. the pictures were available on line and on dvd very quickly, and very well-organized!
the cons:
1. we only had one formal bride and groom shot that we loved- i wish they ahd directed us a little more to actually look at the camera
2. lots of random shots of hands, shot glasses, etc- I guess they are "arty" but i would have rather had more shots of friends and family- many of our guests didn't make it into a single candid
3. the pictures were not cropped well

All I can say is WOW. Liss and Bill are the BEST. That's actually my husband and me on their profile picture. They did a fabulous job, and I couldn't be happier. They are professional, easy to work with, flexible with scheduling, and they work hard to make your wedding photography something you'll cherish for years to come. Liss and Bill were exceptional to work with. They spent time with my husband and me during an engagement shoot, they covered our wedding rehearsal, and even drove 20 minutes to our rehearsal dinner site to take a few pictures! On the wedding day, Liss accompanied me as I got made up with hair and makeup as well. Liss and Bill were A LOT of fun, sharing their humor and grace with us throughout our engagement and our special day, even when we were late to respond to emails or send them schedules that they needed:) Not only are the photos spectacular (!) and well worth the cost, but their photography packages come with both Liss and Bill, so in the end you can choose from double the amount of pictures! My husband and I spent hours searching online for photographers we liked in the area, and Liss and Bill are by far the best in town! Thank you!!

Liss Sterling Photography far surpassed our expectations. Liss and Bill are extremely talented and passionate about their work which shows in every picture they take. They captured every special moment of our wedding and I can relive it by looking at our beautiful wedding album. This is not your typical cheesy posed wedding album, this is real life emotions that tell the story and show every little detail of your wedding day. They are worth every penny and more and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the perfect wedding pictures.
Not only did we get everything we could have wanted out of them as photographers, but we also consider them to be our friends.

Our experience with Liss Photography was exceptional. We felt comfortable right from the start with them. This vendor was the best we could ever ask for. Anything we needed or wanted we got. They exceeded our expectations many times over. We loved every single one of our wedding photos. I have also compared my photos with those of my friends who used other photographers and I was very glad that I chose Liss Sterling Photography. Not only were we extremely pleased with the photos, but also Liss and Bill were great to work with.
