I ordered tablecloths, chair covers and sashes from linentablecloth.com. I couldn't believe how great the quality was considering the cost. Plus, I was very worried about items arriving in time for me leave for my destination wedding. Although, it said seven to ten business I was able to receive my items in two business days after speaking with a customer service rep. I could not be happier with the service and the items.

NEVER EVER do business with these people! I ordered chair covers and sashes for my bridal shower and they shorted me 7. I called, expecting them to be delighted to help out any way they can and correct their oversight promptly. Wrong! I spoke with a Jaime, who claimed to be the only manager on staff and was unwavering in the "company's" stand against overnighting shipments. I spent a half hour explaining to this human that I wouldn't have called if 1 or 2 covers were missing, but that 7 was a huge mistake which they needed to fix. She was unprofessional and absolutely unwilling to correct the mistake that her people made. I then asked to speak with her superior which according to Jaime is the owner of the company, and she also happens to be his secretary. In short brides-to-be, DO NOT do business with this company, unless of course you want to deal with the manager/secretary/who knows what else, least of all helpful, Jaime.

Never order from Linentablecloth.com. I purchased numerous linen napkins and tablecloths. They fell apart after being washed one time. When I contacted the company, they said their policy was that used or laundered items could not be returned and, even if an item fell apart after being used one time, they would not replace the items. DO NOT do business with this company.

I feel like this company has no customer service what so ever! Not only was this company unable to issue me a refund, but they were also unable to accommodate me any anything such as exchanging or store credit. Which I feel like that is what you do when you are wanting to have friendly customer service! I will never ever order from linentablecloth.com company ever again. This was my first and last! The only thing that matters to this company is MONEY! NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have attempted to place two different orders, last one being on January 7th (napkins)
Both items have gone through with a confirmation, only to be told later that they are out of stock (several days later). I think this is just a scam when they put items on sale, so they could give you credit and you have to order something else. Their customer service is horrible. They wouldn't even give me a 10% really 10% discount on anything because they failed to do their job correclty.

My boyfriend's Cousin decided to ask family members to help with their wedding. They registered for tablecloths and napkins through Amazon and Linentablecloth.com. We wanted to help, so we ordered her napkins and had them shipped to whatever address our Cousin had on file (which was hidden and turned out to be an old address). First thing: we were never notified when the package shipped. My cousin emailed us and told us that she never received the package. I emailed the company and apparently they had gotten the package returned to them but never notified us. I asked them to redeliver it to the correct address which for some reason they couldn't do. Then I asked them for a refund so that I could reorder them (as they said this is what I would have to do) and was told that they would refund me my money. A week goes by and no refund. I emailed them again and was told that they were very backlogged and she'll get to it when she is avaiable. WHAT? Another week goes by and still no refund. Finally, they send me an email notifying me of my refund and it was $15.00 less than what I had originally paid. Apparently they are charging me that much money for return shipping for the package they never notified me they got back. I questioned this and instead of trying to work with me on it, I was told that when I shop on the internet, it is paramount that I make sure all information is entered correctly. Wow...I found it very condescending and rude. When the address is hidden, I have no idea where it is being shipped. Yes, I should pay for return shipping since the address was wrong, but $15.00? And they didn't even notify me that the package had been returned. I would never had known if my Cousin hadn't emailed me and inquired. Customer service sure isn't the way it used to be and to this company - the customer ISN'T always right.

I bought all of my napkins and tablecloths from this website. I got them quickly and far half of what it would've cost to rent. The only thing is they don't have a huge color selection.

I opted to purchase my linen instead of rent for my wedding, so I turned to LinenTablecloth.com! They are incredibly helpful and had just what I needed for my wedding. Their prices are reasonable and the quality was great. I saved so much money in the end. Thank you so much!

Customer Service is terrible!!!!!!! The quality of their product is minimal. Their product (chair covers) actually ripped and fell apart during the reception leaving me totally embarrassed.

Do yourself a favor....never order from this company.

I ordered tablecloths for an event. I chose 3-5 day shipping. They estimated date they would arrive were past the 3-5 day shipping window. When I contacted them to make sure the order would arrive on time, they said I needed to cancel the order and reorder with 2 day shipping. The order couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped. I reordered with 2 day shipping and both orders came on the same day. When I returned the first order they refused to pay for the shipping. They were not willing to be flexible or make any exceptions for a customer. I would not recommend ordering through this company!

First off, I will say that this company has excellent customer service. My issues were with the product itself...I ordered 36 tablecloths of various sizes in ivory, and unfortunately about a third of these had noticeable stains or grease marks. Before ordering I had read other reviews about this company, so I made sure to order way ahead of time, and soon after receiving the products my husband (then fiance) and I inspected each and every tablecloth. I am very glad we did it this way, because I ended up having to return some of the tablecloths twice in order to get them all without stains/imperfections. Their prices are extremely good and as long as you follow their instructions on returns (contact them within the time frame given, they will even pay for all return shipping if there is something wrong with the products) they are incredibly helpful. In the end, once we had returned the bad tablecloths, the ones we used for the wedding worked well and looked very nice on the tables. So, because it all worked out in the end and the customer service was great, I am giving them mostly positives.

While the products at Linen Tablecloth are acceptable, their customer service is horrible!

I ordered 122 white universal chair covers back in May (almost three weeks prior to my event).
I received my order about 5 days before my event. After doing a count of the items, I found that they had sent 109 chair covers, as opposed to the 122 I needed. I called their customer service to inform them that I needed a replacement for the 13 items they had left off & was told that they would send them over, but due to their shipping policy, I would not receive them in time for my event. I told them that I absolutely needed them before my event, but they refused to upgrade my shipping unless I paid for it. After several frustrating conversations, I ended up paying an additional fee for them to send my items in time.

While the amount was nominal, the principle of the fact that I was paying for THEIR mistake is what I found most frustrating! The fact that THEIR STAFF couldn't count properly, should not have a negative impact on my ordering experience with them.

If they had sent the order properly, I would have received ALL of my order in time for my event; therefore, if they made a mistake, it was THEIR responsibility to fix it, which they did not.

I ordered from Linen Tablecloth due to the fact that their items were a bit cheaper than all the other vendors I had found on the internet; however, with the additional shipping fee I was required to pay to fix THEIR error, I ended up paying MORE than I would have with other vendors! Totally not worth it!

Needless to say, I will not be ordering items from this company again & if you intend on working with them, make sure you order several months in advance. I wouldn't want anyone to have to suffer the same consequences of such horrible customer service & the stress caused by it!

I ordered about 25 black polyester tablecloths of different sizes and shapes for my wedding.

They were sturdy, and I don't even think we ironed them before the event and they looked great. Shipping was fast (and free) and it was WAY cheaper than renting!

We ordered our tablecloths and runners here! Super value! They were beautiful! It took quite a big of time to iron out the creases so make sure you give yourself plenty of time if your venue is not going to do it for you!!

We had ordered chair covers then had to change our venue so we had different chairs we were going to use. Their return process was so easy! They credited the money back to my account with no issues!
