I just ordered my tablecloths for my wedding and I could not be more excited! I ordered a sample one through Amazon because I was able to use my Prime shipping and get it for free. The polyester fabric looks fantastic, feels great, and is very durable. The best part is the price. I could not find a tablecloth this big for so cheap. After seeing the sample, I refused to buy my table covers anywhere else. My only gripe is that they were out of stock for almost 3 weeks. I had to check their site every day for three weeks to see if they were back in stock. I was FINALLY able to place my order and I cannot wait for them to arrive!

After all the reviews, I was skeptical to order from this company but since it was with PayPal I figured I had recourse if anything were to go wrong. I placed my order and within a few minutes got a confirmation email and a day later I got a tracking number. My order arrived within a week (in Canada) and was exactly as advertised and I didn't pay any customs charges. I ordered rosette sequin tablecloths for my head table/cake table and they were gorgeous! I paid less than it would have cost me to pay a decorator, I'm beyond thrilled! I will definitely recommend this company to friends.
I initially had high hopes for LinenTablecloth. The company has great reviews, and they were advertising a sale on white linen napkins. I bought 100 napkins at under $50, in the beginning of March. Weeks pass, and I had not yet received a shipping confirmation email or any notifications regarding my order. I emailed the customer service department and waited. Days pass and I heard nothing back. Emailed them again, nothing. I called the customer service #, only to receive a message stating that the customer service dept was closed and I had to leave a voice mail. I tried calling them at least 5 different times, during different times of the day, weekends and weekdays, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. The voice mails and emails I left got nastier each time, because it was approaching the end of April and I still hadn't heard anything or received my order. I was beginning to think I had succumbed to some scam and would never see a refund or my napkins. During this time, a message on their website appeared stating that, "We are dealing with an unexpectedly high amount of orders, and your order delivery may take longer than usual." Well, that would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering my items. Finally, two months and several threatening emails/voice mails later, I get an email that says they would not be able to fulfill my order, as the napkins I ordered are out of stock. They offered NO apology, made NO reference to the absurd amount of phone calls and emails I made, and gave me a 48 hour deadline for me to either pick a new color napkin of the same price, or they would automatically refund my money. Well, I wasn't about to depend on them to deliver anything ever again, plus their napkins that were immediately available were hideous because all of the "pretty" colors were...you guessed it...SOLD OUT!! I demanded a refund and was done with the whole thing. Refund was processed quickly, which was their only redeeming factor in my entire experience. Good luck shopping here!
I apologize for the negative experience you had. Unfortunately we were not prepared, nor could we have been, for the amount of orders we received recently. I do hope you are able to oversee this most recent experience. We greatly value our customers and hope to gain back your confidence.
IF I HAD REALIZED I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD HAVE!! I placed my order on 10/23. #100831690. I have tried to check status several times through email. #184197. NO Response. . I Cannot reach anyone via the phone or chat. Now reading other reviews I am very worried. Their website said approx 4 working days for processing. My order has now been processing for 16 working days and no idea how much longer. So if you need your linens in a timely manner you may want to look elsewhere! I still have many more tablecloths to purchase. I may also have to go elsewhere. I will update when I know more.

I'm showing that your order was delivered on October 27th at 3:17pm and FedEx left your package at the back door. If this is not the case, our Customer Service team can file an investigation with FedEx.
They have quick shipping and their items are really good. But they have the WORST customer service ever. Their voicemail is like what you hear on your friend or family's phone when they don't answer, my emails get answered after the longest time and when I no longer need help because I've gone to another vendor, and I don't even know why they have "live chat" when there is never an available chat rep. And now for some reason after almost 2 years of ordering from them, I'm being charged in USD when I'm in Canada. I have ALWAYS been charged in CDN dollars.
No matter how good your stuff is, not having good customer service will break a business.
Recently ordered 27 tablecloths for my nieces wedding in November 2015. After placing the order on July 23, 2015 I became apprehensive, due to other reviews for this website. Our package was delivered August 3 with all items, Well ahead of the 14 days stated due to our free shipping. We bought the Econo polyester tablecloths 20 round and 4 rectangular all in Ivory and the remaining three rectangular in black. The Ivory is not what we would call Ivory but instead what I would call butter and they all have a surged Machine edge. But we are very pleased for the value of $4.36 apiece. We purchased out table linens and chair covers in August, 3 months prior to our wedding from this company. This was the biggest mistake, nightmare we ever made. Two weeks prior to our wedding, no linens, no communication, no way to contact this company as their phones are not answered and live chat is not answered. We had to scrample, find another company last minute and file a chargeback. What makes this even more insulting, infuriating is that this company had the nerver to send mass emailing and post on Facebook that they were having a contest and giving away prizes to anyone that left them positive feedback! BEWARE BEWARE, the few dollars you mighjt think you are saving with this company is not worth all that you may have to go through. Do not take my work or others, try contacting this company via phone and see what happens. Also look at all their complains on the Better Busess Bureau website. I wish we had done our homework before falling for this.

This product is a fantastic value. It looks true to the photo. The fabric, while not of the highest quality, does not look cheap or tacky. It allows you to make a visual statement without making a huge investment.
That said, it is absolutely not worth purchasing. Should you encounter ANY issue, be it shipping or billing, or what have you, you will undoubtedly have to deal with the appalling lack of customer service, if you are lucky that is. Unfortunately, you are more likely to send a string of emails that are not responded to for upwards of a week, leave unreturned voicemails on answering machines, and ultimately wish you had paid $125+shipping to buy this exact item from Etsy.com. I promise you, the sheer lack of customer service is absolutely a reason not to deal with this company at all.
This is my tale: I ordered 3 tableskirts for an event. I was charged for 3 tableskirts and notified that my order had shipped. However, when I received the order, only 2 tableskirts were in the package. This was a blow because without the third tableskirt, the two I had would be useless to me. I called the company requesting that they either send me the third tableskirt or allow me to return the two I've received already with free return shipping as this was no mistake of my own given that I would never have ordered the two in the first place had I known I would not get the third. The customer service rep heard my request and informed me that I would have to hear from her manager. Several unreplied emails, unanswered voicemails, and eight days later still no response.
I frequently leave good feedback for companies. I feel that everyone should know when they have done a great job, and I've actually never left negative feedback for a company before. This is a first for me because it is the first time I've been so tormented by a company. I pray you don't make the same mistake I did. Don't make deals with the devil. Don't do business with linentablecloth.com

I am also completely appalled by the lack of customer service! Phone lines do not work, live chat never works! I am so mad at myself for getting burned by this company. Now having to file chargebacks and reporting this company for what they are fraud.

I purchased all my tablecloths, runner and napkins from this website. I had an issue with an email credit they had given me and they took care of it right away. I saved a ton of money buy purchasing my items during their Black Friday sale. Everything was really great quality and the shipping was super-fast. So pleased!
I ordered 3 times from LinenTablecloth.com. Order one was for economy tablecloths, the second was for plates and an aisle runner, the third was for napkins. I monitored my order status on their website all three orders had a "processing" status. To my surprise the first order arrived unannounced. I watched the website but still no change to the "processing" status on any of my orders. I went out of town for a few days prior to memorial day weekend. When I returned home I checked their website and all orders still said "processing". I went to my e-mail and found an e-mail received from them while I was out of town. They had given me 3 days to respond to their e-mail or they were canceling my order. Since I was out of town for the long weekend, I did not see the e-mail in time. I went to my credit card and did not see a refund listed, so I began trying to contact them by phone. After several attempts I switched to their chat option. After several tries there I switched to e-mail asking them to not cancel my order until I could speak to them. I recently two months ago ordered 1 tablecloth from this company. I received it 2 weeks later.(no big deal) I was happy with the product deliever, therefore I decided to order the linens for my wedding. I purchased 20 burgundy round stripe tablecloths, 8 rectangular charcoal gray, and 1 white round tablecloth. I receive the 8 gray tablecloths hoping the others are on their way in another package. I decided to call a month and a week later to find out where my product was. I talked to a representative where she tells me I was refunded for the Gray and White tableclothes and that the Burgundy ones were delivered. Let me tell you... I received the Gray tablecloths and NEVER received the Burgundy after still being charged. Mind you they are 120 inch not cheap. So the woman I talk to tells me that she will place another order since they are still available and will have shipped ASAP. I asked for a confirmation in which she NEVER sent. I call today to see what was going on and another representative tells me they are OUT OF STOCK. Mind you my wedding is in a month. She then tells me that she will order polyester tablecloths in the place of the SATIN stripe ones I ordered. Satin is not the same...sorry to whoever believes that. I then ask that I speak to a manager or supervisor, she tells me that they will have to call me back since she is not available at the moment. It has been 5 hours since they told me that. I have never been this dissatisfied with a company before. I suggest when/if you do ever order from here that you call in and see if they have the product first.
Great value - good customer service. Very pleased! However, they were out of stock in several different linens - make sure to order early if you want specific ones!
