I just ordered my tablecloths for my wedding and I could not be more excited! I ordered a sample one through Amazon because I was able to use my Prime shipping and get it for free. The polyester fabric looks fantastic, feels great, and is very durable. The best part is the price. I could not find a tablecloth this big for so cheap. After seeing the sample, I refused to buy my table covers anywhere else. My only gripe is that they were out of stock for almost 3 weeks. I had to check their site every day for three weeks to see if they were back in stock. I was FINALLY able to place my order and I cannot wait for them to arrive!

I initially had high hopes for LinenTablecloth. The company has great reviews, and they were advertising a sale on white linen napkins. I bought 100 napkins at under $50, in the beginning of March. Weeks pass, and I had not yet received a shipping confirmation email or any notifications regarding my order. I emailed the customer service department and waited. Days pass and I heard nothing back. Emailed them again, nothing. I called the customer service #, only to receive a message stating that the customer service dept was closed and I had to leave a voice mail. I tried calling them at least 5 different times, during different times of the day, weekends and weekdays, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. The voice mails and emails I left got nastier each time, because it was approaching the end of April and I still hadn't heard anything or received my order. I was beginning to think I had succumbed to some scam and would never see a refund or my napkins. During this time, a message on their website appeared stating that, "We are dealing with an unexpectedly high amount of orders, and your order delivery may take longer than usual." Well, that would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering my items. Finally, two months and several threatening emails/voice mails later, I get an email that says they would not be able to fulfill my order, as the napkins I ordered are out of stock. They offered NO apology, made NO reference to the absurd amount of phone calls and emails I made, and gave me a 48 hour deadline for me to either pick a new color napkin of the same price, or they would automatically refund my money. Well, I wasn't about to depend on them to deliver anything ever again, plus their napkins that were immediately available were hideous because all of the "pretty" colors were...you guessed it...SOLD OUT!! I demanded a refund and was done with the whole thing. Refund was processed quickly, which was their only redeeming factor in my entire experience. Good luck shopping here!
I apologize for the negative experience you had. Unfortunately we were not prepared, nor could we have been, for the amount of orders we received recently. I do hope you are able to oversee this most recent experience. We greatly value our customers and hope to gain back your confidence.
Recently ordered 27 tablecloths for my nieces wedding in November 2015. After placing the order on July 23, 2015 I became apprehensive, due to other reviews for this website. Our package was delivered August 3 with all items, Well ahead of the 14 days stated due to our free shipping. We bought the Econo polyester tablecloths 20 round and 4 rectangular all in Ivory and the remaining three rectangular in black. The Ivory is not what we would call Ivory but instead what I would call butter and they all have a surged Machine edge. But we are very pleased for the value of $4.36 apiece. I purchased all my tablecloths, runner and napkins from this website. I had an issue with an email credit they had given me and they took care of it right away. I saved a ton of money buy purchasing my items during their Black Friday sale. Everything was really great quality and the shipping was super-fast. So pleased!
I ordered 3 times from LinenTablecloth.com. Order one was for economy tablecloths, the second was for plates and an aisle runner, the third was for napkins. I monitored my order status on their website all three orders had a "processing" status. To my surprise the first order arrived unannounced. I watched the website but still no change to the "processing" status on any of my orders. I went out of town for a few days prior to memorial day weekend. When I returned home I checked their website and all orders still said "processing". I went to my e-mail and found an e-mail received from them while I was out of town. They had given me 3 days to respond to their e-mail or they were canceling my order. Since I was out of town for the long weekend, I did not see the e-mail in time. I went to my credit card and did not see a refund listed, so I began trying to contact them by phone. After several attempts I switched to their chat option. After several tries there I switched to e-mail asking them to not cancel my order until I could speak to them. I recently two months ago ordered 1 tablecloth from this company. I received it 2 weeks later.(no big deal) I was happy with the product deliever, therefore I decided to order the linens for my wedding. I purchased 20 burgundy round stripe tablecloths, 8 rectangular charcoal gray, and 1 white round tablecloth. I receive the 8 gray tablecloths hoping the others are on their way in another package. I decided to call a month and a week later to find out where my product was. I talked to a representative where she tells me I was refunded for the Gray and White tableclothes and that the Burgundy ones were delivered. Let me tell you... I received the Gray tablecloths and NEVER received the Burgundy after still being charged. Mind you they are 120 inch not cheap. So the woman I talk to tells me that she will place another order since they are still available and will have shipped ASAP. I asked for a confirmation in which she NEVER sent. I call today to see what was going on and another representative tells me they are OUT OF STOCK. Mind you my wedding is in a month. She then tells me that she will order polyester tablecloths in the place of the SATIN stripe ones I ordered. Satin is not the same...sorry to whoever believes that. I then ask that I speak to a manager or supervisor, she tells me that they will have to call me back since she is not available at the moment. It has been 5 hours since they told me that. I have never been this dissatisfied with a company before. I suggest when/if you do ever order from here that you call in and see if they have the product first.
I ordered linen on their website. They charged me and shortly afterward their website acted irresponsive. So I never got an order ID. I wrote them numerous times, asking them if they have received my order and to provide me with an order ID or refund me my money.
Nobody ever got back to me!!?
The Live chat on their website is always inactive. You can only leave messages, emails but unfortunately nobody reacts.
I guess I will have to contact my credit card company now and ask them if they can book back my money.
I bought napkins through them- they were a great deal, so I was a bit unsure of whether they would get to us, and it wouldn't be too hard a hit if they were wrong.
For over a month, when I logged in, it said my order was Processing, which in the site FAQ says takes 1-5 days. After 1.5 months I thought I would never get them. I called and just got no answer, and tried the "Live Chat" which didn't really exist. I was totally surprised when, 2 months later, i did receive them.
They were a lot brighter than the pic on the website, but that can happen pretty easily with online purchases.
Because it so cheap, if people have a lot of time then maybe use them for the smaller items, but I'd say they are super unreliable. It seems more so from disorganization/glitches though, not scammyness.

The tech help was excellent and very prompt at fixing the problem. I love that people answer the phone when encountering ordering problems and are on-line to help with orders and problems, such as Anthony Martinez. I have forwarded Linentablecloth website to many people in the wedding catering business in my area and they have found your help, prompt service, and great value for the price to be outstanding. Will definitely keep ordering.
TODAY'S DATE: 7.22.15: BRIDES DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER LINENS! I was told that this was the best website to order linen for the price and quickness to ship your order. Well that was proven wrong. After waiting for my order for a week and a half and noticing that the status of my order had not changed from "Processing" (meaning that they still hadn't received my order in the warehouse) to shipping it out, I was able to chat with someone on their online services and told them that I needed to find out if my order would be shipped if not, I was willing to pay an extra expense for a speedy delivery. Chante told me that my order would ship the next day, but I knew that was lie. So a couple days later, I grew concerned if they would even get to ship my order in time as they state on their website. Today I decided to check my order once again only to find out that they had Closed out my order and "refunded" my money. Well guess what, I have checked my credit card statement and see no charge add back to my card. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD! I was able to get a hold of an actually human being named Katrina and she told me they cancelled my order because my items were out of stock! Well, thanks for sending me an email or giving me a phone call about this problem!!! She did nothing to resolve my issue and they fact that I put this order in a long time ago and here I am without linens for my wedding next week! OH YEA YOU BETTER BELIEVE BRIDEZILLA CAME OUT!

I can't stand my Dad any longer because you guys didn't send me neither a confirmation email, nor an Order ID. Literally, just my bank account felt the difference of my purchase!
Three notable complaints about my order from LinenTablecloth.com: 1. Mismatched Colors- When I received a box containing 8 Ivory circular satin tablecloths and 4 Ivory rectangle satin tablecloths, I realized that they did not match. The circular "ivory" tablecloths look very white compared to the rectangle ivory tablecloths of the same brand and fabric. 2. No Call Back- I called customer service the same day and left a message explaining the issue. I asked them to call me back and left my cellphone number. I never received a call or email from LinenTablecloth.com about the matter. 3. Dirty spots and No Care Instructions- I took each item out of the plastic sleeve to put them through the gentle wash cycle. I searched for a care label, as required by law, and there was nothing indicated how to launder the items. The only tag said "Made in China" and gave an RN number. No care instructions on the receipt, either. I loaded them into the washing machine for a delicate wash, and I noticed a dark red, thick substance on one of the ivory tablecloths. It looked like blood or tomato paste. It was on the wrong side of the fabric, but it still shows through and it did not come out completely when washing. Last thing to note, the satin tablecloths are obviously cheap and inexpensive, but be aware that they are extremely sheer. The tables cannot be marked up or it will definitely show through. Overall, I'm disappointed with the products and the customer service, or lack thereof, and I will never recommend or order from LinenTablecloth.com again.
