Let me start off by saying that we LOVED how we were treated on our wedding day. The driver was punctual and knowledgeable about our desired locations. We had a great experience.

However, we had a difficult time contacting Leisure Limousines and getting our questions answered. Although we left many messages, we never received a call back. The most frustrating, however, was with regard to the price. After asking questions to determine the final price, my husband asked about additional fees. He was assured there were none. He then asked about a discount if we paid in cash, and was informed, "Well, then we would not charge you the 3% credit card fee." We felt this was extremely misleading. Nevertheless, we ended up paying cash and waiving the "fee." (Or getting a discount).

The limo was great. The driver was very accomodating and made all the stops we requested. I also changed the time of pickup over 5 times, and they never had a problem with it. The only thing I didn't like was you HAD to rent their limos for a minimum of 2 hours, even though our trip was at most an hour. You can tell they raise their prices for a wedding. For two hours it was $380 for a wedding. But for an anniversary for two hours was only $180. Don't get what the difference was...
