My family has gone through Leighton's for a long time for all our jewelry. The staff is great and they were able to make exactly what we wanted. Our rings were perfect and they had the exact jewelry i needed to compliment my wedding dress. I also bought my husband's cuff links from there, it was a little gift I sent over before the wedding!

I had my wedding ring appraised at this Jewler. I didn't have to spend much at all for the service to be done... But I guess that was the catch cheap prices for lack of a better word... And at my expense was lack of service, and lack of professionalism. I was told I would get a call the same day to let me know when it would be ready (this was a Friday) Monday morning would be the latest. So no call at all like what was promised. And no call Monday until I called mid afternoon. The lovely lady that was in charge of "doing" my appraisal was not at all friendly.. . I asked when I might be able to pick up my ring... She said "I haven't even got to it yet.." so I said would it be today..."well I dunno it depends on what I have to do... With customers and calls...." by this point I was getting upset and that was strike three for me... I told her ...well if it's not ready by 3 pm today I will pick it up, along with my appraisal money... Low and behold she called an hour later to tell me it was ready...
So my lesson here was... Cheaper cost and it costs you the lack of customer service.... Don't do it!!
