Platinum Event Services provided top level services from the second that I got in contact with them through the clean up process and was professional and wonderful about everything. In my opinion, I wouldn't use anyone else in the San Antonio area for future events. They made my reception so memorable and beautiful!

Platinum Catering provided my catering, bartenders, linen and chair rentals. They did a wonderful job! All of my guests were very impressed by the food!!! It was delicious - I loved the spinach salad - I ate mine and my husbands! If I ever had a large event again I would definitely use them again.

Nicole was very professional and knowledgable and friendly. All of the details were thoroughly explained as well as the costs. The food service ran quite smoothly. Her staff and crew were well dressed and friendly. Compared her catering with other vendors and she was the most friendliest and most competitive pricewise. The bonus was her food was very delicious and tasty. Would have liked some more Thai chicken cucumber cups passed during the cocktail hour but hey I'm nit-picking since they were awesome tasting. Overall, I would highly recommend her company without reservations.....

Nicole and Alisha did a fantasic job for our wedding. The food quality and taste was amazing and the service was outstanding. All our guests commented on how great the food was. Nicole kept us on schedule throughout the evening so everything went smoothly. Towards the end of the event, she called our limo company to double check on their arrival. She helped tremendously! There was only one issue that surfaced at the beginning of the event with the lighting of the candles. The florist thought the caterer was going to take care of it, and the caterer was under the impression that it was the florist's job. It was very minor and was taken care of without my knowing. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Working with Nicole was a terrific experience! Not only was the food EXTREMELY tasty, but her staff was professional and did "ALL" of the worrying for us. During our reception, we had countless compliments on how "GOOD" the food was and this made my husband and I so happy that everyone was enjoying their dinner. When all was said and done, we couldn't be happier with our selection of caterer's. Our Thanks to Platinum for making our wedding reception so special.

The food was excellent!! I was at a complete loss as to what kind of food to serve at my wedding and Nicole really helped me discover the perfect menu. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food prepared for us. I have even had a few requests for recipies. Nicole arrived on-time and got the evening going with a cocktail hour for the guests, while the wedding party was taking pictures. After the alotted time, we previously discussed, was up she and her servers moved on to the main course. Which was great beacuse we were late in returning to the reception. Nicole also recommended a cake lady to us, Lana. lana made the most beautiful, five layer, smooth white buttercream with chocolate swirls cake. Every tier was staked directly on top of each other, which can be difficult to cut. Nicole sliced and served all the guests even slices. All in all Nicole with Platnium Catering really made our event.

Excellent service - every single guests raved about the wonderful food! Nicole also went to the effort to see that vegetarian guests were not served the meat on the plate. Great Job! I couldn't believe that I could afford steak for my wedding - but Nicole and Platinum Caterers made it possible.
