Everyone at Le Jardin was amazing. We dealt with Martina and Carol and both helpful, they answered our questions within good time. The day of the wedding everyone was great. There seemed to be a lot of servers around but they were constantly making sure things were good, that we were ok, that the guests were ok. We had numerous compliments on the food, the bar, the service and the hall. The food quality was absolutely amazing. I asked several people who weren't at the head table what people were saying just to make sure the quality was good all over (not just the head table) and things were the same throughout. Good food, good service. The bartender was amazing, he was friendly and good at his job. There were some kids there and he made special, fancy looking drinks for them, they loved him as well.

Overall I think the people at the hall were great during the planning of the wedding, they were not as flexible as some places but they made sure things ran smoothly.

The day of the wedding was wonderful!! The food, atmosphere, drinks, everything was exactly what we wanted!

I am shocked at negative comments I have read about Le jardin. We had nothng but great treatment and service.

The moment we saw and visited Le Jardin, we knew that it was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Carol, our event coordinator made it easy for us to put together everything that we wanted especially for our late night desserts. They were very flexible when we had to change our menus several times to figure out what works best for our budget. The food was very good and our guests were very pleased with the meats we had chosen. We had a lot of fun during the tasting, it was more like a feast!
Our bartender was quick and great with our guests' requests. The only con is that they are tied with DJ Emporium, which means you pay $500 even if you choose to go with another DJ for the use of another equipment.

Overall, we are very happy with their service and there were so many compliments from our guests about the hall, food and service. A very good choice!

Le Jardin was helpful in the beginning when they were trying to get my service. As soon as I signed contracts with them, the responsiveness turned to days/weeks before hearing from them.
On the day of the wedding I was supposed to have two bars open in my hall, they only opened one, got mad when I asked for another one to be open. The "ice sculpture" on the sweet table was literally a block of ice, not sculpted at all.
They do have good food and the rooms are gorgeous. Just do not expect much from a service prospective.

My recpetion was fantastic. Out host was fantastic and the hall was beautiful. I don't think the hall alone (not including food)was worth $10,000 and I wouldn't reccomend them for this reason alone, however for an event like a wedding it was fine and we all had an amazing time.
