Fantastic Cake! during the taste test, we felt like we were their only customer, answered any and every question. Other places I had been to made me pay for a cupcake/piece of cake to take back for my partner to taste (it was during tax season, no leaving the office!), Louise did not hesitate. They were the best cake and fillings by far, and we had found them by referral. They had a snafu in the bakery, the fridge/freezer had gone out, but she let me know, and it did not affect my cake whatsoever. We also had purchased a cake for our rehearsal dinner which was not only delicious, it was beautifully decorated! we had a fiesta type theme, and so we had a sombrero hat shaped cake, and they truly outdid themselves with the decoration. Cake is delicous, service fantastic, and less expensive than what you would expect for such quality...Try them, and Enjoy!

I knew I wanted to work with Brandon and Louise when we came in for a tasting and the portions were HUGE, compared to the tiny pieces at other places we'd been to. They are friendly, creative, honest, accomodating, flexible, and their cakes are the best in Dallas. Working with Le Gateau afforded us the chance to have both a brides and grooms cake, where if we had used another vendor, that would not have been possible. Brandon listened to everything we said about what we wanted in our cakes, and they came out exactly as we envisioned them!! They also made our guests' favors - delicious truffles in assorted flavors. I would use Le Gateau and ONLY Le Gateau for any special event from now on. My husband even got me a cake from them for my 30th birthday! Thanks Le Gateau!!

Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning. My hubby and I got married in a private ceremony in Niagara Falls, but had our reception back in Dallas. Brandon worked with us to design a cake that fit all of my criteria and that suited our small, 50-person reception. We tried several cake places, but Le Gateau was the only one that would do a 2 layer cake with both layers different flavors. The cake tasted great, too. The cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend!!!

They are perfect and our cake was delicious and stunning!!!!

The cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing! The whole process was very easy and the cake turned out even better than I had imagined. I will definitely use them again for future events.

Jace was wonderful and so was the cake! We brought our invitation and he was able to turn it into a sugar appliqu� for our cake. It was beautiful and got rave reviews on looks and taste. Jace was professional and delivered everything as agreed. I would recommend him to everyone.

Jace at La Gatuea was amazing!! I wanted my cake to have the lace design with all the rhinestones and sparkles as my dress and only had a small picture for him to go off of and it was perfect. The grooms cake was amazing it was the best Texas A&M cake we had ever seen it was a round cake with the A&M Seal on thop and around the cake in dark chocolate was the Aggie War Hymn. I would definately recommend La Gateau.

Jace the owner was a wonderful help with the inspiration of my cakes. My theme was Tiffany Blue and Chocolate and he made my wedding cake 4 tiers with the overall color of Tiffany Blue and my designs in chocolate it was absolutely devine. My husband is from the Carribean and he is cake was made out of a steel pan everyone thought it was a real steel pan drum. Also, the best thing about Le Gateau Cakery you cut the entire cake at the wedding and when it is your first anniversary he will make you a top layer cake instead of you saving the top layer and putting it in the freezer, this is a wonderful company!!!!

My cake arrived less than a half hour before the wedding - after most of the guests and three hours after scheduled. The groom's cake was not what we ordered, and was not very good. The bride's cake, however, was beautiful, delicious, and exactly what we had asked for. They were very flexible in working with us on our design, and very friendly.

This was by far the best cake in the metroplex! I tried about 30 different bakeries and this one was by far the best tasting and the staff is wonderful to work with. They did a special design for the groom's cake and it was amazing! It had a black lab with a duck and the cake was camo...All shades of chocolate and it had chocolate branches and leaves around the table. Not to mention my wedding cake was beautiful! I designed and they made it exactly as requested and they were both the best tasting cakes ever! The only thing that was left was what we had the caterer set aside for us to take home...there were no leftovers!

We taste-tested at least four bakeries and Le Gateau was by far our favorite just by taste. They were also well within our budget - we were surprised because the other place that was equivalent to taste was over twice what we were willing to pay for the cake!
The very best part is that they do a complimentary Anniversary cake - no frostbitten year old cake for us... it was as fantastic as the first one!!
They were very interested in creating a custom design for us that really fulfilled our (MY) expectations for the wedding.
We are planning on getting a small version of our cake for each anniversary!!
