I was very impressed with Lakes Cakes, they did a very well job doing exactly what they said they would. They went above and beyond to make my wedding cake a dream come true. I will recommend Lakes Cakes to anyone i know who needs a cake. The best part about my wedding cake is i didn't have to save the top for our one year anniversary, because Lakes Cakes guarntees a free fresh one!

Lakes Cakes has the most DELICIOUS cake! Everyone at the wedding raved about how moist and tasty the cake was, and how it tasted homemade--but WAY better. We loved how creative they were, making a cake from a design in our head, not a book. I even surprised my groom with a specialty cake that was a steal. Overall, I feel lucky that we found them and would recommend them highly to anyone that wants a beautiful and incredibly tasty cake.

This company went beyond the norm for us. She took my husbands drawing and made it perfectly. We had 3 flavors half lemon/ half cherry for the sheet cake and the hand crafted design on top was banana. The cake just melted in your mouth. I would recomend this company to anyone who wants awesome service and a quality product for a great price this is your company for cakes.

By and far the BEST wedding cake I have ever tasted!!! Comments from our guests were very much the same. Prices were very reasonable. The same cake elsewhere would've cost three times as much and definitely wouldn't have tasted so delicious! They were very easy and flexible with design. Great to work with!

The vendor provided a wonderful cake tasting and answered all of our questions. There was so much we couldn't eat it all and she even allowed us to take the leftovers home......I told her we were looking for a cake with fresh fruit so she made sure she provided some fresh fruit along with the cake and filling samples so we could get an idea of the taste. We chose a cake with a creme/mousse filling as well as fresh fruit....the cake was absolutely scrumptious......all of our guests commented on how delicious it was.....we chose fresh flowers for the cake and the cake looked beautiful.....I found the cost to be extremely reasonable and my family now has a new place to get all of our cakes from!!!!!

Wonderful.............. and as a bride with a gluten allergy it was such a relief to be able to have wedding cake on my wedding day because it was half regular cake and half cheesecake!

We were very satisfied with Lakes Cakes. They were close to us and were willing to make changes and ajustments as needed. We had no idea what the cake would look like; all we asked was that it was basket weave pattern, we selected our flavors and said we wanted fresh flowers on the cake; they did all the rest and the cake turned out awesome. We received multiple comments on how good our cake looked and the mint chocolate chip flavor was a big hit! We would recommend Lakes Cake to anyone looking for a wedding cake.

Lakes Cakes was so delicious! She did a fantastic job with decorating, transporting and putting my flowers on the cake even! Definetly the best value I found and the cake was SOOOO good! We can't wait til our 1 year when we get another cake from her! She was very courteuos and professional and I would definetly recommend her to everyone looking for a wedding cake vendor!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by Lakes Cakes. I changed my mind several times regarding the cake designs and she was so understanding and worked very hard at making me the best cake for my wedding. The cake tasted phenomenal and I definitely would recommend Lakes Cakes to anyone that is looking for a great tasting cake without all the hassle. They arrived on time and set up the most beautiful display for the wedding cake. This company will go above and beyond your expectations....Not to mention that the price was excellent.

Was on cell phone when I came to pick up samples, did not make attempt to converse with me. On wedding day: was in and out to drop off cake and mini pastries...would have liked to have spoken with her. Other than lack of communication, was wonderful cake, prompt delivery...no issues.

May I make one point here: If you do not go to this shop, you will be missing out! Heidi was so awesome. Very professional and kind. Heidi was willing to make basically anything we asked. They had VERY GREAT PRICES for cakes of this magnitude! The actual cake was probably the best thing I've ever tasted. They're very talented and I would suggest to go there immediately.
