I wish there were more than 5 stars to give LaDeeDa! Catering. From the initial consulation, through tasting and service at the reception, their staff and service were exceptional - just like the fantastic menu they produced at the wedding. Their emphasis on quality and freshest ingredients, their versatility in menu selection, their attention to detail and respect for budget were matched by their professionalism and high standards. We chose passed hors d'oeuvres, a buffet and served wedding cake. Our guests are still passing on compliments about the excellence of the food - champagne chicken and beef burgundy equal to or better than a five star restaurant plus the freshest veggies and salad imaginable - and courtesy and attentiveness of the service staff. Our guests were served quickly. Now, they want the name of the caterer AND their recipes!

The bride and groom especially appreciated the fruit, finger sandwiches and chicken satay available in their rooms for the wedding party prior to the ceremony - and the thoughtfulness of buffet items packaged to go with them in the limo to the hotel. What bride and groom get to eat at their own ceremony? LaDeeDa! thinks of everything and sees that it is carried out to perfection.

Jan and Ray and their entire staff worked with us to make our daughter's wedding day a very memorable occasion; I felt more like we were dealing with old family friends than just a topnotch company. LaDeeDa! is our first choice for any event and we recommend them without reservation.

Jan and her staff at La Dee Da! Catering did a wonderful job. I sent out about 15 requests for proposal - for the price, Jan's food was the most memorable and tasty. And the price was great for what we got. We had a full brunch, including waffles, omelets, ham carving station, quiche, fruit, cheese, pastry and bread, meat, etc. She also took care of china and linen rentals for us, which made our process just a bit easier.

The setup was lovely, the food was good, the servers did a great job...

It's easiest to get Chef Jan by calling her, rather than email, but she's easy to work with and friendly, and made the whole process very simple.

If you get the chance, try the berry strata - delicious!
