Her cake she's referring to is the red, black & white on my site. I am sorry as you say the cake crumbled I don't believe that. As far as your attendants I was not approached by one of your attendants I called one of your attendants over for approval of the cake they made suggestions on rearranging the decorations and I did as they instructed since they acted in your best interest. I expressed how you wanted the cake. As far as the cake it was cooked a day in advanced with fresh ingredients. I guess you live and learn I gave you more cake than you paid for. Because you were having a difficult time paying for cake. Perhaps people are so use to box cakes and not made from scratch. I only want the best for my customers. As far as short notice I only do one or two cakes per saturday. All my cakes are customed ordered I am not a bakery that mass produce products. Therefore the timing of ordering a cake would not be an issue for anyone ordering within 30 days. What was a delay receiving payment in a timely manner and not going to western union to receive a payment from a friend. Because the bride didn't have any money to pay for her wedding cake. I feel I went above and beyond the call of duty. I don't think any bakery would have done this. My colleagues would have advised me to let the account go. I don't think some people understand what professionalism and/or Quality of Service is. I went the extra mile and spent time to receive your payment. I am so sorry you were not satisfied. After reviewing your response for everyone who provided you a service you weren't too happy with anyone.
