  Working with Klotz's Floral shop for our wedding was an amazing experience! The staff at Klotz's were able to take my vision and execute it perfectly all within my budget! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and the the quality of fresh flowers were breathtaking! I would highly recommend their services to everyone!

  My favorite detail of the whole wedding was the flowers. I had based the whole color scheme of the wedding on the flowers. This made it more stressful but it worked out very well. I worked with Kelly she was such a sweetheart to work with. I had requested some expensive unique flowers I had seen on Pinterest. She told me this flowers can be more tricky to keep watered and looking fresh all day. Just from speaking with her about my version I knew she understood exactly what I wanted.
  
  The week before the wedding she called and warned me one of the flowers color was not what she had anticipated and if I could come in she could explain. She was very honest with me. When I got there instead of peach it was a burnt orange. She had already came up with a different plan. I was very nervous but she seemed to have it all worked out. Then the wedding day came. The flowers were gorgeous. I think the most beautiful wedding flowers I have ever seen. The colors were perfect and brought my version to life for the wedding. They were worth every penny. I wish I would have planned on getting them freeze dried because I never expected to want to keep them forever like I had.

  Klotz did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! They put together all of the bridesmaid and bride bouquets, the boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony flowers, and reception flowers. I worked with Kelly, explained my vision, showed her pictures for inspiration, and they made it happen. I was even able to drop off all of the vases for the centerpieces to the shop a week before the wedding so that they could arrange them there. The best part had to be them delivering the flowers and setting them all up. It made it so much less stressful for me on my wedding day. Kelly was very honest with me and quoted me price ranges for the flowers based on which blooms I wanted. She also called and informed me immediately when one of the flowers were unavailable and gave me comparable alternatives that stayed within my price range. The only downside is that the flowers were a bit pricey but I think their prices come close to many other florists.

  Not only were the flowers beautiful, they were the right price! I came in with some ideas of what I wanted, took in a swatch from my girl's bridesmaid dresses and not only did the flowers match perfectly but the ribbons did as well! We still get compliments to this day about the flowers and my bouquet was so beautiful I am preserving them for years to come. They completely above and beyond exceeded my expectations on one of the things I was most worried about for the wedding.

  The flowers were beautiful however I had one bouquet missing for my bridesmaids. When we contacted them they apologized. They said they had written two number down. I feel like if they would have had a consultation before the wedding to go over the details it could have been fixed before the wedding. There was no compensation after their mistake.
