STAY AWAY FROM KEVIN JEWELERS!! This place is a total rip-off. We purchased our wedding rings here and one month later the 'sterling silver' ring we paid $350 for started to tarnish. Piece of junk. Sold to us under false pretense. Manager not available when trying to return, and your receipt says 'NO RETURNS'. This place will not last because they are crooks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT KEVIN JEWELERS.

Will never shop there again and I will tell tell people to NOT go there. We bought our weddings bands at Kevins. I paid over $300.00 for my husbands band - We were married on April 23, 2011 by the end of May not even a month later his band was tarnished and scratched it looked like I had bought it from a gumball machine. He took it back and they basically told him too bad - that's what you bought there is nothing we can do. He asked to speak with a manager - of course one was not in the store nor would there be one until
Friday. The sales person he dealt with was very rude!!! And then pointed out their NO REFUND policy. Well, I am very disappointed he didn't even have the ring on his finger a month - Again - if you are wanting something special that will last Don't go here!! Nice job Kevins Jewlery, you all should be proud of your business pratices!

The center stone of my wedding ring (only 7 months old) has turned yellow! I brought it in that way for them to fix/replace it and they sent it to the corporate office (it was there for 6 weeks) and returned in the same condition. The only was that i can replace it, is to UPGRADE (buy something double in value) or to lose the stone under my warranty. Nobody will fix this and I am so frustrated. Kevin Jewelers is very poor quality and i will never go back!

Ladies watch out!!!!!!! This company tells you your getting a good deal but your not. They told me my ring would appraise for 25k but was 80% off due to the location closing. Since my ring has a 1ct center stone and 1.75 ct in the surrounding stones in 18k white gold I totally believed it. We paid 5k for the ring and were ecstatic thinking we got a good deal till I went to get the ring appraised for our ins co. The quality of the diamonds are not good and the retail value is at best 7200 but more likely would be lucky to sell for what we paid for it. I've taken it to several jewelers who said I got ripped off. If you need to finance also watch out they told my fiancee it was intrest free financing and the pmts were 200 a mo but they set him up for 2 loans the 1st at 24.99% and the 2nd intrest free for the 1st three months after that it's 24.99% bringing our mo pmts to $400. Oh and since it was a sale item they wouldn't let me return it the next day when I told them the pmts would be to much. To top it all off since they sized my ring the bottom part of the band has a yellowish tarnish to it. I will never buy from them again!

They provided a service you can find at any other jewelers. Nothing amazed me, they just had the bands on sale for the price we were willing to pay. I don't think their jewlery is any better than other jewelers, just cheaper in cost.

I love Kevin Jewelers! We had purchased our rings, believe it or not, on Black Friday in 2006. My wedding ring is a $3000 ring, and we got it for just over $600! It's a beautiful white gold, 5 princess cut diamond ring, dainty how I like it. His ring cost me $60! Only $60! Of course, he doesn't like expensive metals, seeing as he works for a general contractor and doesn't want to risk damaging them. So his ring was a dark tungsten carbonite. Kevin Jewelers had no problem setting up a very reasonable payment plan ($60 a month), and in less than one year my ring was completely paid off. And for getting my payments in on time, with every next bill I was constantly getting freebies and discounts in the mail. All in all, they have great prices, great selections, great payment plans, and great incentives. I'd recommend them to everybody!

HATE this place. Went ring shopping & fell instantly in love with an engagement ring. The girl who helped us that day was very nice, but did not go over all the details of the ring, except that it was white gold & the stone size. We did not know to ask all the "Four Cs" questions. Put it on layaway. My husband's working hours conflicted with the store's hours, so I went in a few times to put more $ down on the ring. EVERY time I was treated with rudeness & disrepect by the women working there...at one point I left as I was about to cry. Told my husband, but we would not have been refunded the money we had so far spent on the ring & we couldn't afford that. Contacted management & were brushed off. Wrote a letter to the company's main office...got a reply & was told the store manager would contact me...never did. Finally I wrote another letter & got a reply, as the store was under new management & I went in so I could find out about insurance (a friend who got married two months after me got free lifetime maintenence on her ring) & maintenence (two things they never told me about when we bought the ring)...was told that the only stores are in AZ & California & I was moving to Texas...so I can never get this service. If my diamonds fall out or chip, we're out of luck. The new manager told me he would mail me the info on my ring so I could get it appraised & insured, along with a statement that we'd had it inspected, but he never did. All in all, the whole experience was AWFUL...DO NOT use this place. And no, we did not get our wedding bands from this place.
