Kay's has a good selection and the prices aren't too bad. They were lower in price then 3 other jewelers we checked out. They went out of there way for us when we were ready to check out. They found alternate ways of paying just so I could get the discount. I love the rings. I love the way guarentee policy too. Some jewelers don't offer that. I have shopped at Kays for years and if there is ever a problem, they will fix it for free, as long as you have it checked every 6 months. You can upgrade by turning in your present ring and they will give you what you paid for it as long as you spend that amount again, so you end up with jewerly that is twice the worth of what you had.

My husband and I both purchased our rings at this shop. I was very pleased with the quality of the jewelry and the selections available. I was not overly impressed with much of the service. I actually felt like at one point one of the saleswomen was flirting with my husband! However, that aside, there were also severel saleswomen who assisted us in increasing our ceditline in order to purchase the rings we wanted and had very cheery dispositions.
