Found both my ring and my husband's ring here, and we love them both. The service was great. However, my ring is white gold, and as it's actually regular gold with white painted over it, it fades fairly quickly. But it's covered under Kay's warrenty, so i just have to take it in, and they do whatever to make it white again. It's a lifetime warrenty, so rather than being totally awful, it's just a minor inconvenience.

I wish I could give them 0 for everything. I was so disappointed with this company! I got my ring "fixed" here...a diamond fell out of the band and when I received my ring back it wasn't even the same color diamond as the rest and you could clearly tell (this was the 2nd pickup I did because they claimed to replace the diamond but they did nothing) they were so rude. I took the ring to another jeweler and they told me the craftsmanship was "the worst I've ever seen." I went back to Kays and asked if I could have my money back because I paid for a bigger diamond then the one they put in my band. They said they couldn't refund my money they could fix it...if I need to send it out for a 3rd time what makes them think I want them to touch it again?!?
