My wedding day was seamless thanks to Katie O' and her team...having KO do partial-planning & day of-coordination was exactly what I needed to make sure all my planning was carried out perfectly & allow my bridesmaids, family and I to relax and enjoy the day, without worrying about all the nitty-gritty details. The in-house planner at my venue was, to put it nicely, too careless and easy-going, and it was RELIEVING to have KO on my side - to respond to emails, offer ideas, set up all my knick knacks, come up with a doable schedule, etc. - I never would have wanted to do that and more on the day of, let alone delegate to family and friends. Even my husband, who did very little by way of actually planning was super-impressed and grateful.

Katie O Events was wonderful in helping us plan a customer appreciation night. Katie & Megan (with not much notice) pulled the event together for us- music, decorations, caterers- and all went beautifully! They coordinated everything for us, even the raffles throught the evening. We will definitely be asking for their help again at our next event! Many thanks!!

Having Katie and her staff on site the day of our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. She was always easy to get a hold of, honest and amazingly helpful. If you want to be able to relax and not worry about a thing on your wedding day you need Katie O! I was the last person who thought a wedding coordinator was necessary and now I don't know what we would have done without her!

I expected Katie simply to oversee the details of our big day. But, what I received was a professional expert on every aspect of weddings. Katie was always easy to get a hold of and responded to all of my questions immediately (and I had a lot). When the day arrived, Katie came prepared and organized. She kept our schedule and even gave the wedding party and parents "cheat sheets" so that we would always know what was going on. During the reception I was able to just relax and enjoy, without having to answer vendor questions or coordinate timing. What was amazing was that she did all of this completely behind the scenes; things just seemed to "magically" fall into place because of Katie's hard work and focus. I never imagined all of the details that would need attending to - favors, escort cards, table numbers, gifts, toasting flutes, etc. Katie took care of all these things beautifully. On top of her planning skills, she has a real eye for how to make things look nice. Our favors were set out in such a way that they looked decorative. Little touches like that made our day special and wowed our guests. Katie did so many things for us on our wedding day, from assisting the photographer so he could get the perfect shot, to showing me how to get in and out of that limo in a dress and veil. My husband and I agree that Katie's services were worth every penny (and many more)!

Katie did an excellent job! I heard people say on their wedding day how they didn't have to worry about a thing and now I understand why. Dan and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every minute of the day knowing that Katie was there to handle the details. Not only was the planning great but also the referrals she provided for the ceremony music and draping for the tent were excellent and very professional companies. I would definitely recommend Katie and already have!

Hiring Katie O as my wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding decisions I made. She was consistently upbeat, reliable, and responsive to our needs. What I loved was that I only had to ask/tell her to take care of something once, and I could both cross it off my own list and know that it was 100% taken care of. She was totally professional and really allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day! Even if you don't think you need a wedding planner, you do!!! There's so many minute details that Katie will attend to for you. Even our guests thought she was terrific...several of them got in touch w/ me after our wedding to rave about her. We loved working with Katie and can wholeheartedly recommend her. We only wish that she could come organize our newly married life!!!

I consider myself to be a very organized, “on top of my game” type of person, so I therefore never even considered hiring a coordinator to help me plan my wedding. About a year and a half into my planning process I began having some difficulty communicating with the venue that I had booked. There had been some changes in management and I began to worry about how the day would flow and decided to look into using Katie O’ events. After my very first meeting with Katie O’ I knew that I could definitely benefit from her coordinating services. She asked me questions about my preparations that I hadn’t even begun to think about. I can honestly say, hiring Katie O’ was hands down the best decision (besides of course marrying my husband  ) that I made on wedding day! Knowing that everything was in her hands allowed me to let go, relax, and enjoy every single second of the day. I don’t know how anyone pulls off a wedding without her and as my sister said “Katie O’ is heaven sent!” She is obviously super organized and made sure everyone knew where they had to be and at what time. She took care of delivering welcome bags to the guests hotels, called vendors to confirm times, made sure seating and set-up of the ballroom was done correctly, provided the bridesmaids getting ready suite with a survival kit (that definitely came in handy!), I could go on and on….just call me! Most importantly, having Katie O’ there takes the pressure off of everyone. Wedding day can become so hectic and it’s nice to have someone to lean on and not have to ask your loved ones– who are there to celebrate – to, for example, make sure the groomsmen get to the church on time. It also takes the pressure off of your other vendors (photographer, florist, musicians, etc) and allows them to do the jobs they were hired for and not direct people on where to go next.

Katie O’ was readily available by text, email, phone, or to meet in person to talk about anything that might have come up throughout the planning process. In the end, I felt as though she was one my good friends. Wedding planning is her passion and it is evident in the way she handles your wedding day…you’d think she was part of the family! She truly made me “sparkle” on my wedding day and for that, I will be forever grateful!

Imagine waking up on your wedding day and not having to worry about a thing. That's the kind of service that Katie O' provides. She is an incredible wedding planner! As I told anyone who asked throughout the planning process, Katie kept me sane! Not only does she have fantastic ideas and the skill of keeping everything perfectly in order, it's very clear that she has a true passion for her brides' weddings. It was so nice to have Katie there with me every step of the way... from unloading my house of all the wedding neccessities to get them where they needed to go, to time management on the wedding day, to cleaning the soy sauce off of my gown and fixing my bustle a hundred times, Katie did it all with ease and a smile on her face. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, don't even think about calling anyone else. Katie O' is simply the best!

How much room do i have to write?!?!?! Katie O was fantastic! She was the best investment I made for my wedding!!! She was kind, courteous, held everyone's attention! She got us through our rehearsal in less then ten minutes, which was miraculous!

On the day of my wedding, while the preparation room was packed with girls and makeup and hair stylists, Katie O finalized everything that was "in the air", made sure that I was calm and relaxed - she even answered my phone for me!!!!

Katie is not only one of the most professional, organized and thorough people I have ever worked with but also someone who you truly want with you on one of the most special days of your life. She not only makes all of the planning stress go away - she creates a relaxed, joyful atmosphere the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything with Katie there.

I loved working with KOWE! When I first met Katie O', I never imagined that she could turn all of my wedding ideas and dreams into a reality!! She exceeded expectations. If we had to do it all over again we would hire KOWE in a second!

Email: Katie O' is great with emails and even better with text messages! I was a bit of a nervous bride and had about 18 months to plan everything- Katie O' was great at getting back to me and helping me relax. She constantly reassured me that I was on or way ahead of schedule. I also know that giving every bride/couple/person the kind of specialized attention that KOWE does, can not be easy so it was something I appreciated. Times where there were "delays" in detailed responses were few and far between-- and Katie normally sent an email just giving me a heads up about what she had on her plate and letting me know a realistic time frame for getting back to me.

Month of: Katie was really on top of everything! She was in touch with all of my various vendors and helped (them) coordinate arrivals, set up, breakdown, payments, etc.

Week of: Daily emails, phone calls and/or text messages to go over last minute details. My panic attacks-- any and everything! She was very reassuring and even bought the last minute items that I had trouble finding.

Day before: She led an amazing rehearsal and the best part-- she had pre-printed schedules with her contact information for the wedding party!! These cards were (cute!) super helpful and allowed people to know where they had to be, when and let them know they could get in touch with Katie or her assistant at any time!

Day of: Katie O and Carmelina were there from start to finish! EVERYONE was impressed by their friendliness and professionalism! She made sure that everyone was where they needed to be and on time. She even helped with a last minute change to the photography plan (we had two different photographers)! She was with us as the bridal party did hair and make up, while Carmelina checked on the groom and groomsmen! It was just really fun and full of sparkle! I had no idea about anything going on "behind the scenes." The whole day was flawless and Katie was with me and the bridal party every step of the way. It was awesome! If I needed anything -- including a ride to the ceremony-- she was there! She also made sure that my husband and I had a few moments to ourselves through out the night to just take everything in!
**People always say that you don't get a chance to eat-- Katie and Carmelina had plates of food and drinks ready and waiting for us! Same for our dessert and candy bar selections!!

Day after: We had a second ceremony, and after a LATE night, KOWE were ready to go the next morning! It was incredible!!

Cost: My husband and I have been in a combined 10 weddings several of which had "professional" wedding planners. I know that I am biased, but to be perfectly honest after comparing budgets, guests lists, the level and quality of service, Katie O' had the best rates! She was reasonable and I never felt taken advantage of. She also helped me manage my money and helped me cut unnecessary costs (for example: Welcome Bags while nice, when most of your guests are coming from out of town (if they are cute and full of sparkle!) can add a hefty amount to the bill. They aren't necessary or expected!

My husband and I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with the KOWE team! I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait for more life events/celebrations so that I can work with KOWE again!
