I was the Maid of Honor in a friend's wedding in October 2010. Let me just say that K4 Photography is a sham and in my opinion, they have outright stolen from my friend. The pictures turned out well, but that is the ONLY positive thing to say. I can find 1,000 other photographers in the Houston area who will take gorgeous pictures.

My friend ordered a engagement session guest book and a large framed bridal portrait for the wedding. My friend attempted to contact Krista repeatedly in the weeks before the wedding and was met with ZERO response. She was terrified that not only were the products not going to be at the wedding, but that KRISTA might not show. Thank God she did show and the products were delivered in Houston THE DAY OF the wedding. Talk about stress.

Thankfully, my friend was lucky and after HARASSING Krista, received a digital DVD of the pictures. That was the end of all communication. They pre-paid for an album and over a year later, have not received anything OR been able to get a response from Krista. At all. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my friend. Will not return my calls or emails! We got married in February 2011 and have not heard from her since March 2011. All my husband and I want is an update on our pictures. In the contract, we are to receive ALL pictures digitally on discs. We STILL have not received those. I have not ordered anything else from her due to the fact she is shady. Most clients have received the digital copies a few months after their weddings, but we are not so lucky! I have sent her two letters from my attorney stating that we DESERVE these photos, a copy of my payment in full, and a deadline of delivery so we wouldn't have to go further. It didn't work! My husband and I went to her house, in Spring TX, (the home address is displayed on her website as her office) Surprisingly to us, SHE HAS MOVED! The house was empty with a FOR SALE sign out front. I hope someone out there can help us so we can celebrate our marriage with these beautiful pictures!

We used K4 Photography for our wedding and they do absolutely the best work! They are a little expensive, but very comprable to most photographers out there. You definitely get what you pay for. Both women we worked with were very personable and it was a pleasure every time we had an appointment.

Horrible vendor! She did a great job with our photos, then after the wedding and creating proofs of our book, she never gave us our wedding book! Check her BBB rating before booking - she got an F-. I'll never have a wedding book now, or my bridal pictures - I don't know how she sleeps at night.
