I'm so frustrated with Jason West. He took gorgeous photos of my July 2009 wedding and quickly provided a great online viewing gallery, but now he seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. I let him know which photos I'd like included in my album five months ago, and I still don't have the album, or any explanation as to why it's been delayed.
I've called Jason. I've e-mailed Jason. My mom has called and e-mailed Jason. He completely ignores us. I finally broke down and contacted the Better Business Bureau to complain, and Jason ignored them, too. I paid Jason in full on my wedding day, so there's nothing I can do now to ensure that he completes the rest of our contract and provides me an album. So, beware of Jason West. He'll take beautiful photos of your wedding, but you may never get them.
