  Simply Incredible!

  Justin was AMAZING to work with and captured our wedding day just perfectly. Very natural and emotional photos that tell a beautiful story of the day. Justin was a clear choice for our photographer from the beginning, he communicated super well, and had wonderful and creative photo ideas throughout the day. He is incredibly talented and we cannot recommend him enough!

  Wonderful experience!

  Justin shot our wedding and reception 8/13/22. He was so wonderful to work with! We met early on, discussed our preferences, met for engagement photos and then the wedding. He was so laid back, flexible, and met all of our needs along the way! We had a great experience with not being rushed along and he was able to go with our flow. Now we have a wonderful collection of photos with such important memories! We worked with him due to family recommendation and we would definitely recommend him for others!

  Capturing Every Moment Beautifully

  Justin not only has a great eye for detail, he also has a sense of ease that just makes spending a good portion of your biggest day in front of cameras much easier than I anticipated it being! He knew what was important to us and was great about getting the photos at different times of sunset we wanted while still allowing ample time for mingling and dancing. He captured us as a couple in a beautiful way that comes through clearly in the photos. He truly has an artistic eye and found the best spaces at our venue for staged photos, something my husband and I were kind of dreading as we are not usually “photogenic” or too goofy for nice pictures, but Justin just has a way with posing us to truly get the best result! I cannot recommend him enough!

  Amazing Photographer

  Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to everyone! I planned my wedding from out of state and Justin was flexible about setting up phone chats and working around the fact that we couldn't easily meet in person. In addition, he was so helpful in planning throughout the process. He had great suggestions and I always felt confident that I was in good hands, and didn't need to stress. Both Justin and the second photographer were very easy to work with and made everyone feel very comfortable. They also worked really well with the other vendors throughout the day. Most importantly, the photos are so beautiful, and my husband and I are so happy with them. They were everything that we wanted, and more. You will not regret choosing Justin for your wedding!

  We got married this in August 2016 and we were so happy with Justin Ketchem Photography. Photography was the one place I didn't want to spare any expense because these were the moments we would be looking at for the rest of our lives. Justin and his assistant did an incredible job. They were creative with our pictures in a tasteful, classic way. They were always present without being in the way. All the moments were captured that I had dreamed of. They are very open to suggestions too if you have ideas about specific photos that you want. I would highly recommend Justin Ketchem Photography!

  Justin is a great person to work with. He was always very responsive during the planning process, even though we were in different time zones. He showed up on time, was there for every detail of our big day, and happily accommodated all of our requests. The finished product was amazing and it is clear he puts a lot of effort into his work. He even accommodated my last-minute edit requests with no hesitation! We had a great time and will remember our wedding day forever due to his amazing photos.

  We booked Justin over a year in advance after researching basically every photographer in the Cleveland area. He met with us in person at his studio, showed us his work and went over his packages. We liked everything we saw and booked him the next day. We picked a package that included engagement photos, a second photographer for the wedding, and an album. It is more expensive than some of the wedding packages you can find out there, but I felt confident we were going to get what we paid for. You can make several payments over the course of the year. The photos were the most important part of the wedding to me so I planned on spending whatever it took to get the best photographer. Our engagement photos came out so wonderful, the session was comfortable and fun, and really confirmed that we were in good hands. In the following months whenever I had a question, Justin responded to me the same day. He arrived on time on the wedding day and got straight to work. His second photographer Sarah was also so friendly and wonderful. They both worked nonstop for the rest of the day, and yet I barely noticed their presence. Completely unobtrusive. It was a little over 3 weeks when he posted a highlight of our day on his blog and I am in love with every single picture. I have absolutely no doubt that all the photos from the wedding are going to be amazing, judging from the ones I've seen so far. He's very busy so you just have to be patient and know that he's being thorough. I 100% am satisfied with our experience with Justin and would recommend him to any bride who is looking for something special and not generic.

  Justin took amazing photos for our wedding! We could not be happier! So many breathtaking pictures to last us forever. Highly recommended! Don't need to look further. Many of our family and friends said our photos look like they came out of a magazine. He was also very patient and helpful with our large bridal party and reception guests.

  Justin was the photographer for my wedding day. He exceeded all of my husband's and my expectations. We were beyond impressed with his ability, professionalism, flexibility and charisma with our guests. Many who could not attend the event stated that due to his pictures, they felt like they were still a part of the day. I will continue to use his services to capture all the events within our lives:)

He always asked for our input on what we wanted but was more than willing to give his opinion, for which I was grateful. They were gorgeous!! He captured every detail of our wedding, from our wedding bands to the huge ceremony space.   After all the ceremonies are complete and the last glass has been drank, all that remains of your amazing wedding day are photos. My wife and I were very critical when shopping around for photographers for our wedding. Justin's website and samples are hands down the best out there. He and his team are truly professionals, make it a blast to spend the day with, and the end results are even better than his samples we were sold on. Communication even well after our wedding was top notch, Justin has been super easy to get in touch with no matter what the question or concern has been. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and plan to use Justin in the future for baby images and future life events.

  We used Justin Ketchum Photography for our wedding in April of 2014. Justin did engagement pictures with us, and then our wedding. Just saying that the pictures and service was amazing does not do his company justice. I could not be happier with my pictures, and wedding album. He captured so many fun and special moments, and important people at the wedding without being asked to do so. When I got the final pictures back, there really wasn't a photo that I disliked, he does amazing work.
  
  Justin was also very flexible and laid back, we had to reschedule multiple times for engagement pictures due to the weather. Having him around on the wedding day was fun! He was always accessible via e-mails, and very easy to work with.
  
  I would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, you won't be disappointed.

  We chose Justin because he photographed my friend's wedding in downtown Cleveland, and we absolutely love his work. He is extremely personable, extremely helpful, and super accomdating. He had great ideas for different locations to take our engagement pictures, and actual wedding day photos. Our day went smoothly. He was unobtrusive, but very attentive. He got along great with everyone in the bridal party. We received our album in record time. I would pay it forward, and recommend him to any of my friends or family.

  I am blown away by the images we received. Thank you, Justin, for delivering beyond my expectations. A couple of pictures brought tears to my eyes. My grandma wasn't able to attend because she is ill, but you captured every moment perfectly. I was able to show her the pictures, and she felt like she was able to experience our joy with us. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable. I will recommend you to all of my friends. I felt so beautiful and happy on my wedding day, and my true emotions came out in the pictures.

  Justin delivered beyond expectations. He met with us many times before the wedding, to ease my wedding day fears. He listened to our requests, and followed through. He was there all day with us, from morning to night, and even stayed a little later because my father had a special request. He was prompt on our wedding day, and we received our album and pics in a timely manner. I love his photography style, and I LOVE our album and pictures.

  The pictures we received from Justin are absolutely beautiful. He has a true passion for photography, and it comes out in all of the pictures that he takes. I am so happy with all of our images, and especially the album. He captured every moment perfectly. You can tell that he cares about his customers, and the wishes of the bride. My wedding day was a very long day, and he was there the entire time. He never took a break. He was always there if I needed him. He even took some beautiful pictures of things that I missed because I was busy doing something else. He made my wedding day memorable, and I do not regret for a second choosing him.

  I met my husband at a wedding that Justin was a photographer for, so it seemed fitting that he did our wedding too. Before that wedding, I didn't think pictures were important. But after I saw his photos, I knew that when I got married, getting a great photographer would be a top priority. I was so happy when I was able to book him for our wedding. Our pictures are amazing and I still watch the video trailer with a big smile on my face, 6 months after the wedding. I definitely would recommend!!!

  Loved the photography for my Spring wedding. He was so easy to work with, and so flexible. I had to reschedule my engagement session a couple of times, due to a scheduling conflict, but he easily accomodated. Everyone in my wedding party said that he loved his style. He was unobtrusive, but still very attentive. Our proofs are amazing! We gave him some ideas of what we wanted. He followed those instructions, but also delivered much more than expected. His style is photojournalistic, and we loved how candid the pictures look. He also took a lot of posed pictures, and made sure he captured everyone that was significant on our special day. I wouldn't think twice about recommending him.
