We mainly needed Cindy as a wedding coordinator for our day and she worked over and beyond at the level of a project manager!
Cindy is forward thinking and completely led us in the right direction - reminding us of little details that we would never come up with on our own as our heads were already spinning! Throwing a hugelycultural wedding, we chose Cindy because her vast knowledge of and confidence with "not so ordinary" weddings. Her organization skills are top notch and our other vendors really enjoyed working with her.
She deserves a purple heart for commanding a large party (350+) and entourage (40+). I do feel though that perhaps another body was needed (in no way belittling her skills). Given the scope of happenings that day, it would've helped unload the stress from all if the workload was divided as "timekeeper" and "personal assistant to the couple".
We highly recommend Cindy.

Cindy is the one reason my wedding day went so smoothly. even though i planned as much i could ahead of time and i was pretty anal about it, there are still little things that went wrong or little problems that came up (like at all weddings), and she really saved the day and solved all the little problems without me even knowing. she made sure that she took care of problems or issues that came up w/o bothering me or my husband or stressing us out. that was PRICELESS!!
ok...to be more specific. here are some things she did off the top of my head:
- there was an issue with our organ player and he said he had to leave a lot earlier than we had planned. she spoke to him and made sure he stayed longer and she also made sure that we went down the aisle exactly on time so we would be sure to have the organ player for our recessional as well. i had no idea any of this happened until weeks after the wedding when i spoke to her.
- one of my bridesmaids stepped on my veil and it ripped literally minutes before the ceremony. cindy calmly took a pair of scissors from her emergency kit and perfectly cut off the ripped section. since i had a cut edge veil anyway, it looked perfect and no one ever knew it had ripped.
- there was a second door to our church that led right to the front of the sanctuary and people kept going in that door by accident. cindy sent two girls helping out to that door and had them stand there and redirect people to the main door.
- at the reception, i had to pin my dress up before our first dance, she whisked me away to our suite, was on her hands and knees pinning everything up. something i would have felt bad asking my mom or bridesmaids to do (since they were all dressed up too)
- at our reception, i needed an extra pair of comfy shoes at the table. she had all that with her and placed everything where it needed to be so i wouldn't have to worry about it

Cindy provides exceptional quality of service! She is meticulously detail oriented, making the bride feel 100% confident that the day will run smoothly. There may be surprises or mishaps on that day, but she is also awesome at problem solving and being flexible to smooth out the unforseen. I highly recommend her. You will not regret it!
