Did an amazing job on my ring. It was custom made using my mothers and grandmothers diamonds and mine that my husband gave me in highschool! It turned out beautiful!

Not only did my husband get both of my rings from Juniker, but we also went back and got his ring from there because he was so impressed with the quality of service he received. I was also VERY SURPRISED when I opened my wedding gift from my husband to find pearl earings and a pearl necklace from Juniker. My husband and I will forever be Juniker customers.

The original sales person was seemingly responsive and helpful with resizing my wedding band....BUT, when I first went to pick it up, the jeweler had made it into a completely different ring. When I pointed this out to him, he did not seem to care and simply asked "what did it originally look like?" The jeweler did not even know what the ring looked like before he ruined it! He then told me he would try to fix it, but that he couldn't rush it. Actually, he just seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. When I finally picked it up, it looked a lot better, but it is still not the same ring I originally brought in. To add insult to injury, the sizing was off! I am now at a bit of a loss at what to do now...I am sure there are better, more responsive, jewelers in the Jackson area. Beware of Juniker!

Wow. Juniker Jewelry is the most professional, comfortable place to buy jewelry. My husband wanted my input, but he didn't want me to know how much we were spending, so the staff made sure to remove tags before I was able to see them. I felt like we were among friends.
