I can not speak highly enough of Josh! I felt that picking my photographer was the most important decision I would make because the pictures are the one thing that you will truly have forever. Josh was the perfect fit for us! Not only are his pictures wonderful but his personality and demeanor made working with him even more enjoyable - Josh is very laid back so you feel completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time, nevertheless he maintains a professional feel so you feel confident in handing over the most important part of your wedding to him entirely. His work speaks for itself... When it came time to pick which bridal portrait to have blown up my parents and I truly couldn't pick just one! There were so many amazing pictures and when we received them from his printer we were even more impressed! The photos literally had a golden glow that made them look like something out of a magazine. Josh is also very flexible and was up for anything! We took our engagement session down by the lake in our area, my bridals were shot on a farm with a horse and our wedding was shot at my family's ranch in the middle of nowhere. Each set of pictures were totally different and yet each set were perfectly captured!! I'm sure bridal portraits are very difficult to capture - you have to focus on the girl, capture the details of her dress, not look too posed but not look too casual... and then I threw in a VERY large animal! Josh took it in perfect stride and the pictures turned out better than I had imagined! Our wedding pictures... oh my goodness... I was so very happy with our wedding pictures! Josh was never intrusive (honestly I didn't even realize he was taking most of the pictures) but yet managed to capture our emotions, the feel of our wedding and all the little details that I had spent so much time planning but had hardly any time to see on the day of the wedding! I am so thankful that we decided to use Josh - we couldn't be happier!!

I can not say enough about how AMAZING Josh McCullock was. He literally made my dream wedding come true. His staff was professional, genuine and so sweet! They showed up dressed to the nines (bow ties included) and proceeded to take the MOST beautiful phots I have ever seen! No tacky run-of-the-mill, every one and their dog has that pose, pictures. It was all what me and my family wanted. I have never looked so good! I highly recommend investing in McCullock photography. They exceeded all expectations. Josh McCullock truly exceeded our expectations in every regard. Before we chose Josh, we had chosen another photographer who we learned was no longer available for our wedding date. After feeling a little defeated, I returned to one of my favorite websites for wedding inspiration, Style Me Pretty. I decided to begin our search again and found Josh--what a blessing! With Josh being from Oklahoma and our wedding being held in NY, I was not exactly sure how everything would work out. After our first phone call, I was put completely at ease. He flew to NYC for our engagement shoot a few months before our wedding and then again for our wedding. He came to shoot our rehearsal dinner and was available with us throughout our entire wedding day--from getting ready until we left--11 to 11! We had the opportunity to meet the woman behind the scenes--Josh's wife Katie--who was also a delight! Josh has turned around our photos to us in such a short time--far faster than the time quoted to us by other photographers. On top of all this, we received numerous compliments from our guests saying how lovely Josh was. Lastly, but most importantly, our photos are amazing. Josh has captured all of the small details in addition to the posed portraits and intimate moments in such a beautiful way. Josh McCullock produces stunning pictures, the likes of which I have never seen before, that is obvious if you have ever visited his website. The truly incredible part of working with Josh however is the experience you walk away with after a shoot. Quality and gorgeous wedding pictures are vital because it allows you to relive the best day of your life in the fullest experience. If you agree with this statement, you will want Josh McCullock. Josh exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I were simply blown away by Josh. We knew he was good by seeing his portfolio, but wow, did he amaze us. He is an incredibly experienced photographer. You can tell by the way he seamlessly maneuvers around guests to capture as many priceless moments as he can. There is so much confidence seen in Josh, but he is in no way pushy or cocky. He possesses a very calming aura which made me very relaxed, and that is very helpful for a bride on her wedding day! Even with his calm nature, he was sometimes like, I felt, our bodyguard. He was there with us the whole day and guided us along the way if there were any issues. I mean this was our first encounter with a wedding day, but because of Josh's experience of having been to so many weddings, he really helped us along the way. And that is pretty incredible to say about a photographer. It was just so enjoyable to have him photograph our day. He has a high degree of professionalism. He is extremely focused in his work and you can trust that he is documenting your day. Josh is so easy to get along with. No conflicts whatsoever. His responsiveness is fantastic. Communication with Josh is worry-free. He's hardly out of touch and is there for his clients. I think it was so wonderful of him to send us a highlights slideshow right after our wedding while on honeymoon. So thoughtful and sweet because who isn't anxious to see their wedding photos?! I didn't even feel anxious because I knew he would get to us and surely, he did. I could go on and on, I feel. I mean I can't believe I have finally meant someone who offers great service and a phenomenal product. I am a huge critique when it comes to customer service and the quality of products. Josh far exceeds my expectations because both my husband and I were just amazed by his work ethics, how he worked with us, and oh my goodness, the beautiful photos that he produces. The cost to hire Josh is well worth it. There's no regret in a penny that was spent. You truly get what you pay for when it comes to Josh's service and product. And getting a high res DVD with all the photos? That's pretty sweet that we don't have to deal with buying proofs. It goes very well with the style of service he offers. Anyway, all of our guests loved Josh and loved the pictures he produced. ~Looking at these photos, I've never felt more lovelier.

Everything was perfect! I live in another state so Josh and I only met in person once before the wedding and everything else was discussed over the phone or email. I knew about him through friends that he had photographed and they were all very pleased, as was I. He had great ideas and the pictures came out beautifully! I got to enjoy the day entirely and enjoy the time with my husband as Josh was just basically there in the background capturing it all on camera. I love that the pictures weren't very posed; thats what drew me to him in the first place. He was an extremely nice person and a joy to be around the whole day. I don't think I could have ever found a better photographer.

Josh McCullock is the BEST photographer EVER! From the moment we met Josh, he was all about making sure we got what we wanted out of our pictures. He took what we said and captured the most amazing pictures of our wedding. He is more about capturing intimate moments and relationships than formal posed pictures which is what we wanted. He is so good at using the natural surroundings in such creative and unique ways...and the lighting in all of his pictures is so incredible! Every memory of our wedding day, he captured on film. It makes my new husband and me so happy to know that years from now when we look at our wedding pictures, we know we will remember every single little detail of that day!

Josh is so creative and takes the most amazing pictures...the first time we looked at them we kept saying, "This is my favorite!" for every picture! I recommend Josh to everyone I know who is in the process of planning their wedding. We couldn't be happier with our experience with him!

Mr. McCullock's photography is brilliant. He not only took beautiful photos, but managed to catch and illustrate the bride and groom's personalities. There was one photo in particular of the guests reacting to the cake cutting which I think is comprable to anything you might find in a major publication. What it made me think of was "National Geographic Magazine" quality photography and to my mind there is no higher recommendation. We felt that when all was said and done the photography was our most important expense, and we researched carefully before choosing Josh. We were so pleased -- thrilled, actually -- with his work and would recommend him without reservations for any event.

We've had multiple family and friends tell us that Josh's photos of our wedding and engagement were the best they had ever seen! Josh was very easy to work with, friendly, prompt, and responds to most emails in a timely manner -- despite being in the "heat" of wedding season.
