  My fiance purchase my engagement ring from JL Johnson and I couldn't be happier with it. There were changes that needed to be made to the band of my engagement ring due to the cut of the diamond he chose and it looks perfect. I have gone in a few times to have the ring cleaned and everyone there is always very nice and welcoming. Purchasing an engagement ring can be a daunting task but JL Johnson worked with my fiance and due to this they were the only store he went to and he purchased the ring that same day.

  My fiancé bought my beautiful ring from JL Johnsons. From first finding the ring in January until just purchasing our matching wedding bands Jeff Johnson and Jennifer Hollinghead were complete professionals every step of the way. I would highly recommend this jewelry store above all "chain" stores! They definitely took exceptional care of us with a personal touch !

  My ring was handcrafted; it started from a wax mold. It is so breathtakingly beautiful. I can't believe it's mine. The wedding band was crafted to compliment the ring. I don't ever want to buy jewelry anywhere else.

  I am BEYOND thrilled with Jeff and JL Johnson's. My husband bought my custom ring from them and it still sparkles so brilliantly! Because my ring was so unique, they had to custom-make the band to match the ring. It turned out flawless and I could not be happier! What's even better is that I can bring my ring in every couple months and they will check the stones, tighten any that are loose, and polish up the ring for me! Twice a year I get my ring rhodium plated and it looks just like new!!! I am so thankful my husband decided to choose JL Johnson's!

  I bought 2 wedding bands in advance of my wedding. My wedding was to be July 9, 2016. On June 20, 2016, my fiancé called off the wedding due to his controlling & abusiveness & lack of being able to get professional help. I contacted the store immediately & was told that I was past the 30 & 60 day policy they have on returns & couldn't even get in store credit. I asked if I could speak with 1 of the owners & was told they were on vacation & that someone would contact me the following Tuesday. I have never received a phone call from anyone. This abusive controlling fiancé of mine is a family member of the johnsons & no one can even give me the respect of a returned phone call. They CAN on the other hand, after I posted a review on their Facebook page telling of my experience there, call my ex's mother down in TN who then in turn called my ex who then in turn called my 16 year old daughter to kindly ask me to remove my review of my experience with this establishment. THIS is the experience I received from these fine people. Can't call the grown woman who spent $1577 in your store, but 3 other phone calls can be put in place ending with a 16 year old child? Cowardly & quite frankly, unbelievable coming from the "Christian" people I was lead to believe the johnsons were...
