I had the most wonderful experience at Lovella Bridal.  I went there with my mom and we loved the selection of dresses as well as the amazing customer service.  Everyone was extremely friendly and offered us all the help we needed.  As a non-sample size bride, I was nervous about buying a dress without trying it on, but they assured me it would fit perfectly.  Rosie was an amazing seamstress and fitted my dress to me perfectly.  I also had a custom-made veil which was absolutely beautiful as well as a lovely headpiece which was gorgeous.  Everything I have to say about Lovella is positive!  Would definitely take my daughter there someday and refer it to all my friends!

Lovella helped me find my dream wedding dress. They listened to what I had to say about styles, yet put enough input in to make sure that I bought not only what I thought was beautiful, but what made me look and feel like a bride. I have only great things to say. They responded to all my requests promptly and reminded me of all my appointments.

Searched high and low for my wedding dress and finally found it here at their Americana store (a designer Ines di Santo dress). It was my dream dress come true! Finally a bling dress without the gaudiness. Gorgeous. And perfect fitting by their tailor.

We were lucky to go on a day when Jobyn's happened to be holding an Alvina Valenta trunck show. Getting to meet the designer and have her help with a few ideas was really amazing!
The ladies at the store were very knowledgable and rather helpful in most aspects, but like many sales girls, could be a little pushy when it came to some things.
Still, I think their vision, though different than mine, was beautiful. I ended up feeling absolutely amazing on my wedding day, and after all, thats all any bride really wants!

Absolutely made THE BEST MAID-OF-HONOR dress I had ever seen in my life. She was a life savor!

I bought a Pronovias detailed lace gown at a Jobyna's off the rack sample sale. The style wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I fell in love with the fabric and detailing. I was skeptical about bringing the dress back for alterations because I had read REALLY bad reviews about the place being extremely overpriced. I decided to play it safe and go back to the store that I bought it from. The seamstress was really straightforward and slightly pushy, but she did a wonderful job on altering the dress. I had considerable work done to the dress (cutting the top to a sweetheart, taking it in, boning along the torso, hemming, bustling, and adding an off the shoulder lace piece) which I paid a very pretty penny for, pretty much what I paid for the dress. Probably could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but the seamstress really knew what she was doing and did a fabulous job in making the dress very flattering.

I purchased my gown here and have mixed feelings about the experience. Overall, the process was smooth and I didn't experience any major issues. The pros: the dress arrived on-time, the alterations were very good and were completed as scheduled. The cons: the sales lady put a lot of pressure on me to buy the gown and I felt the alterations were way overpriced.

Jobyna's put up with me changing my mind 50 times. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and I was totally happy. I think they are very patient and kind.

Showed up on time for my appointment and was ignored by the two sales girls for about 15 minutes. When taken in for consultation, the sales girl was very helpful, brought out many styles that worked with my body and provided honest feedback. I went in to look at a specific style but she helped me keep an open mind about other dresses. When I felt like I found "the one" the sales girl was ready to close the deal- I didn't like feeling rushed in to making that very important decision. I like to think about it (but I know, she's trying to make a sale). Over all the shop carries high end designers and the service was good though they seemed a bit disorganized. I ended up getting my dress on eBay but if I was going to pay full price I would buy from them.

The ladies who work at Jobyna's were so patient and enthusiastic when I went in to try on dresses. Their seamstress was great, although I found the simple work she did on my dress to be far overpriced. In retrospect, I would definitely buy my dress from Jobyna's again, but would have it altered elsewhere.

Everyone at this salon was friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed, and the prices were great. Their alterations lady was top notch!

My dress fit like a glove and everyone was so supportive and helpful. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here and they came in on time.

Incredibly professional. The seamstress is very good. My dress was Ravini and it was couture, incredibly beautiful and one of a kind. Yes, it was expensive, but the photos are amazing. I do not spend money on designer clothes, etc., but for my wedding, it had to be a special dress, simple, yet elegant and modern/traditional. Ravini's dress was just that. Jobyna's handled the entire process smoothly. First rate service.
