They work hard to present a luxury atmosphere, which makes going there an experience. We were a little close to our date when we picked out our wedding rings but they assured us they would get them done in plenty of time. They look amazing and the service was great. What more could we have wanted?

He chose this store because of their ability to custom make jewelry, and they did not disappoint! When we went to look at rings together, Barbara was so wonderful to work with. It was such an exciting time for us, and she really did make us feel special. They picked out the most beautiful jewelry for me. Not to much jewelry, which i liked and she does too. It was very small though but the Quality was very good.

I love the work of designer Alex Sepkus, and this jewelry gallery has his work. They had not only a wide selection, when I asked if the wedding band I wanted could be customized with different stones, they said yes. It was a "yes" without hesitation! There was no change in price, which surprised and delighted me. They explained how long the sizing and stone-changing would take, and that all work is done in NYC, where the workshop is; but all work was executed more rapidly even than expected.

The staff were delightful: very helpful and knowledgeable, but not overwhelming. They also didn't squabble over whose commision we were, as we'd seen in another store. We will return.

For our money, what we paid was very well worth it. All three rings are platinum, my aquamarine engagement ring is enormous and simply striking. The designs of all of the rings are unlike anything anyone else has, and we love them.
