    Hands down the best in the area

    If you’re thinking about using Jess for your wedding absolutely without a doubt book her! She is the most laid back professional I’ve ever met, she loves what she does and it shows in your photos. I will treasure my photos forever. Her work speaks for itself, my photos were finished in 1 week!! Stop looking and book her!

    Jessica Kripp Photography is a absolute pleasure to work with. We were recommended by a friend and I am sooo happy we decided to meet with Jessica and ask her to be a part of our wedding. We love her stye of photography of capturing intimate moments. Most of the time we didn't even see her or know she was there! She is very professional and knows exactly the right lighting and angels to make you and your photos beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the way our photos turned out. We will have a tough time choosing which images to use for our wedding album because they're all perfect! I highly recommend using Jessica Kripp Photography for your wedding, or for any other photography needs!

    I cannot saw enough good things about Jess! From the very beginning, she was very responsive to emails and when we met, I could've chatted with her forever. I knew she was perfect to photograph my wedding and she didn't disappoint! My photos are fantastic, better than I ever expected! I highly recommend Jess!

    Jess is the absolute best, she is the first vendor I booked after getting engaged. I knew from seeing her photos on Facebook that I couldn't have anyone else and OF COURSE she did not disappoint!

    She was extremely flexible with me throughout the whole process and she also really helped me with her expert knowledge when I had no idea how to handle certain things. She even published a few photos right after the wedding on Facebook so that I had great quality images to show people right away!

    You will definitely not be disappointed if you hire Jess!! She is extremely professional and also very easy-going and fun - a perfect combination for your wedding day!

    Jessica was the absolute best photographer for my engagement and wedding that I could ever ask for. She is so sweet and incredibly talented. Her pictures always turn out absolutely stunning and she is so easy to work with. She knows how to calm your nerves and get exactly the pictures you are looking for. Her prices are great and she will work with you to get just what you need. I definitely plan on using Jessica to photograph all my life events in the future :)

    I am so glad I hired Jessica to photograph my wedding. It was such a pleasure to work with her. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and she calmed any fear my husband or I had about being photographed. I absolutely love her photographs! Jessica does an amazing job!     Jess shot our engagement photos and our wedding. She was absolutely amazing! From our first meeting, I knew Jess would be the perfect photographer for our wedding. She has an eye for lighting and background that add a photographic beauty to portraits. Our engagement photos are absolutely stunning. Jess is also fun and easy to get along with.
    On the day of the wedding, both Jess and Jena were amazing. They were constantly shooting and were everywhere (including in the trees trying to get a great shot)! I cannot wait to see the photos - and I love the previews I have seen!

    Our experience working with Jessica was excellent, every step of the way. From the initial consultation with her, to our engagement pictures, to our wedding day, Jessica was very personable and extremely professional. She was timely with her editing and did a beautiful job with our photographs.

    Jessica Kripp Photography was one of the only vendors for my wedding that I absolutely had no worries about. I knew Jessica and Jena would be on time, professional, fun, and most importantly that I would get phenomenal photos of my entire wedding day. I am so thankful that I booked her as early as I did. All of my friends and coworkers want her for their weddings when they tie the knot. Her personality and the quality of her work make her an absolute pleasure to work with and spend your special day with. She is the best. No question.

    The most important thing I took away from my wedding (besides a husband) was memories, and the day was such a blur most of memories are reconstructed from Jess's absolutely stunning photographs. She captured moments that make smile, me tear up, and laugh out loud.

    Jess managed to document my entire day in such beauty and without being intrusive on delicate moments. More than just documenting the day, she honed in on the character of our wedding--of our friends, family, and us.

    I would highly recommend using Jess as your photographer, for engagement shoots to your big day (and beyond, cause she should know I'm coming back for every big life event).     Jessica was great with every part of the planning on our wedding and details back and forth. Her prices were very reasonable and negotiable, especially for the outstanding work we have already received. We originally did an engagement session and loved her professionalism and quality of work. On the wedding day, she mirrored those same qualities times ten. The day after our wedding we already had a handful of photos to preview from her and could not be happier!

    We used Jessica Kripp Photography for our wedding this past May of 2012. She was wonderful and we are very happy with her services! She took the time to listen to our ideas and helped make them possible. The photo's turned out amazing and the whole day she had a smile on her face! Jessica helped reduce a lot of anxiety the day of my wedding. We would definitely recommend her to our friends!

    Jessica Kripp Photography is simply amazing! Jess is truly talented in what she does and she captured our day perfectly. The pictures represented us and our family's personalities to a T and she made the session fun! Every single photo perfectly captured the happiness we felt at that moment.

    Jessica is an amazing photographer, I would recommend her in a heartbeat! She did a fantastic job capturing my wedding, not only the big ceremony and reception, but a the little details that will now be mine to cherish forever.

    She is excellent at promptly returning calls or emails. Always on time, and professional. All my guests marveled at how they barely even saw her (as she captured shots she did it without making a big deal of it, so smooth!), yet have loved how candid the shots are! Even my one bridesmaid who had just gotten married wished her photographer had been so into getting the perfect Candid shots as opposed to the Posed and uncomfortable typical wedding shots.

    She is an Incredible talent, and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know who needs a great photographer! I couldn't be happier with the photos I received!

    Summary of review: Jess was a wonderful wedding photographer and provided exactly the services we were looking for...and then some!

    Review:
    1. How we met\What we were looking for:
    When my wife and I started to search for a wedding photographer, we first checked out some of the companies larger than Jess's company. We were kind of discouraged to say the least. Why? We had a pretty basic request from our eventual wedding photographer (digital copies of all of our pictures, nothing more) and that didn’t seem to be offered. Other “mainstream” companies offered one or two photographers for a set number of hours. If you wanted to get dvd’s, our experience was that you had to shell out some additional fee. If you wanted to “own” the copyrights to the photos, you had to shell out an even higher fee. We actually saw one photographer advertise a dvd of all photos for up to a $400 fee. We were astounded. If you hire a photographer, shouldn’t you kind of get the pictures as part of the base cost??? Apparently not, much to our surprise. Switching gears away from others and onto Jess…we soon realized from our searches that we might only find our basic request in a freelance photographer, so we fired up craigslist. This is where we found Jess. After a few emails back and forth, we set up a meeting at a local Panera. After the first 5 minutes, we knew Jess was a perfect match for what we were looking for. Our big question to her (if she could provide digital copies to us, and bypass the “copyright” technicalities, etc. etc. blah blah) was a simple answer for her: “yes”. She ensured us that we’d get all of the photos that she professionally edits, no exceptions. Her only request was that she have the right to post a couple of our best photos on her website, facebook, etc. Of course we were OK with that, it is her artwork!

    2. Our package:
    (Still at Panera…) Once our basic question was answered, then we ended up talking about picking a “package”. This is typically a set number of hours of coverage, and set number of digitally edited photographs. Based on our price range, we talked to Jess about what she could provide to us as far as hours and edited photographs. This is something you will probably not find in another photographer. Jess was willing to work with us based on our budget. We ended up deciding to go with a larger number of hours and smaller number of retouched photographs. Jess mentioned she might do more than negotiated because she loves the work that she does, and why would she put a product out there that isn’t the best she can do? How awesome is that to hear! Someone that is passionate about their work! This is Jess! Well, in the end, after the wedding, Jess ended up digitally editing ALL of our photographs even though we negotiated a lesser amount! We were so impressed, we gave her a tip…more money that we originally negotiated, and she deserved it!

    3. The wedding day:
    Jess was on time, had backup plans, backup photographers on call (in case she was sick the day-of), backup cameras, all that good stuff. She is very diligent with that stuff so ask her about it and then you can forget about worrying about it. To be honest, Jess was much more than a photographer. Needless to say she was great during our allotted picture taking time, but she was so much more to us than she needed to be. She served as a go-to person to talk to when we needed anything from a glass of water or someone to keep the limo driver from leaving without us! When she is taking her best pictures, you won’t even realize she is there (found this out after we saw our pictures!). If you’re not a fan of photographers with large pieces of equipment smothering your space, no concern with Jess here. She simply stands in the background and uses her lenses to do the zooming work for her.

    4. Our photos:
    They were just what we were looking for. She delivered them within 3 or 4 weeks, can’t ask for much more than that. Her best photos are candid or photos that are taken while you (and your significant other) are working one-on-one with Jess. Talking with Jess, big family photos posed and taken a church weren’t really the focal point of what we were looking for (though we wanted some, for the record), and weren’t really something Jess focused on either (since there isn’t much roof for “works of art” in these pictures, I presume?). That was great in our opinion. Ultimately the quality of the photos we received was beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier. Its great having the digital copies…you can take them to any print place to have them printed (or as Jess…she will print them for you at-cost…no profit for her).

    5. Conclusion:
    In the meeting/negotiating stage, Jess was more than happy to work with us based on our budget and product we hoped to find. On our wedding day, she was relaxing to work with, and even served as a go-to person in times of need (thanks Jess!). After the wedding, the photos she provided us were prompt and the quality of her work far exceeded our imagination. In the end, the services she provided met or exceeded our expectations in all three stages of the process: The meeting/negotiating stage, the wedding day, and the final product (photos).

    Jessica is amazing! She was so fun to work with, and she really let us do our thing. We sneaked a few formals but for the most part, we stuck with a more candid approach to our wedding and the pictures were awesome! I would recommend Jessica to everyone! She was excellent and provided incredible photographs for a great value!

    She was a single shooter at our wedding so the impact on the event was so minimal, you almost didn't even realize she was there at times! She was fantastic! I can't say enough about her professionalism, enthusiasm, and quality. Thank you Jessica!

    Our engagement session with Jessica was perfect. She captured us being who we are, and it's brilliantly reflected in the photos. I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life, than when I saw the finished products. She was fantastic, fun and professional in working with us, and I honestly don't think the experience could have possibly been better. If I could leave six stars instead of five, I truly would. For every single category. Or sixty. :) Thank you so much for making our love shine right through into the photos, and giving us those memories to keep forever.

    Jessica Kripp Photography was so wonderful on my wedding day. My husband hates to have his picture taken, and working with Jessica was very easy and she made the picture taking process very smooth. Jessica arrived at the site of the wedding even before the bride and groom. Pictures were provided in a more timely manner than I ever expected. Working with Jessica Kripp Photography on our wedding day was the best decision we made. I will always keep her in mind for my photography needs in the future!!! ***** FIVE stars from this delighted couple!!!!

    I would recommend Jess as a photographer! I was impressed with her ability to capture as many moments as she did working solo. Many photographers have multiple shooters and get just as many pictures. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable while she was photographing us. I love her to death, but it wasn't even like she was there at all, yet still capturing lovely photos throughout the day. She responded to my (many) emails almost immediately. When we met the first time to discuss a contract she was easy going, but explained everything in full detail. right then and there I knew this wasn't just going to be a business transaction, it was more than that. Jess got to know us and made us feel like we had been friends forever.
    The only reason I rated her flexibility lower than a 5 is because she is a BUSY lady. I'm so glad I caught her when I did or I wouldn't have been able to have her awesome services for our wedding. Almost all her weekends during the summer were booked. If you want Jess, jump on it and plan early to ensure your date!

    Jessica is a brilliant photographer and helped us capture exactly the feeling that we wanted at our wedding. Her candids are original and creative -- a real strength. We only wanted a few formal images and her work was quick and excellent so that we got back to enjoying our big day right away! Jessica is extremely accommodating and provided us with incredible service. Wonderful personality, awesome images.
