I love Jennifer's I had a wonderful experience. Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. In addition to gorgeous dresses they also have a great selection of accessories. I brought jewelry to my first fitting and when I tried it on with my dress I realized it didn't look right. I was able to find earrings and a braclet that look perfect with my dress.

I cannot praise Jennifer's Bridal, specifically Amy, enough. They were beyond accommodating, cost effective, sweet and professional. Not to mention their seamstress Susan is a miracle worker. I had a 1pm fitting and she was completed at 3pm with a press that same day! Fits like a glove. Cute shop as well. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine we brought in.

I love Jennifer's Bridal salon. I had visited two other salons before I went to Jennifer's,. The experience at the other salons was not fun. I didn't feel like other salons took an interest that I was planning my wedding...it was completely different at Jennifer's. The owner, Jen, was fun, so happy and interested in helping me find the perfect dress. We found the perfect dress, but she did not have it in my size. She was able to order the dress from Spain, stay within my budget, and deliver in time. Her seamstress, Karen, was also amazing. She did a fantastic job of making my dress fit perfectly. I was so happy with my entire experience that I invited them to my wedding! I would recommend them to every bride. You will not be disappointed with this salon!!

I purchased my Lazaro gown and crystal headpiece from Jennifer's in December '12 during their sample sale event!! Amy was so helpful & made the experience fun & enjoyable. I also used their seamstress, Susan Downes, who was just as wonderful. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Every person of the team at Jennifer's Bridal has been more than helpful with my choice and purchase of a wedding dress. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer, Amy, and Susan over the past few months - I couldn't have found the perfect dress without them! They are always willing to help or answer questions promptly and have been so flexible with fitting days and times. Their selection of gowns, jewelry, and veils is gorgeous, and the custom made veil piece they helped me make is one of my favorite things about my wedding day. From the first day when I picked out my dress at Jennifers to the final fitting, they have exceeded my expectations in every way!

Jennifer's bridal is the best wedding dress boutique I've been to. They are all so personable in there and make you feel right at home. They also worked around an issue I had and made my wedding day absolutely perfect.

This salon is just gorgeous. The dresses are classic yet unique and I could have stayed all day! I found a beautiful Lazaro gown here and never once felt pressured to buy it. I'd recommend this boutique to anyone! Also, the seamstress can do just about anything! Very grateful!

Jennifer's was fabulous! The two-story store is gorgeous - exposed beams, lots of light. But, the most beautiful thing in the store is obviously the dresses. They used to sell bridesmaid dresses, but now they just focus on bridal. Smart decision! Other stores stuff their dresses on plastic hangers on over-crowded racks, and sometimes even in plastic bags! Not at Jennifer's. The dresses are each spaced out on padded hangers so you can really see what you're looking at. When I first walked in I was afraid that I couldn't afford a thing in the store because of how nice it was! Jennifer's is the only store in New Castle County that sells Pronovios dresses (only one store per county). This ended up being something very lucky for me! I feel in love with a dress. Jennifer's accommodated my every need. Everyone in the store was so friendly!

I had the best experience at Jennifer’s Bridal when purchasing my dress. I had been other places but was not impressed with the dresses and the service. When I went to Jennifer’s they had lots of styles available for me to try on. There were not too many brides there looking for dresses since it was by appointment, so it was individual attention. I found the dress and it was absolutely beautiful. It was a strapless and I did not want to wear a strapless. They worked with me to design a top that I would be comfortable in. Some may say that it is a little pricey, but I say you pay for excellent service and top quality dresses! I would highly recommend everyone go to Jennifer’s!

This is the cutest little bridal shop ever!! I called them one morning and was in there by that afternoon! I had one on one service and found the perfect dress for me!! I had a wonderful experience with everyone that works a Jennifer's!

It was a bit chaotic when I first arrived (there are 2 appointments at each time slot, and the other bride who was there had an entourage of about 15 people -- no joke), but the salespeople at Jennifer's were kind and understanding. I believe they said something to the other bride, because they left in about 15 minutes. After that, it was a wonderful experience. The saleswoman we were working with listened to what I wanted, made valuable suggestions, and was considerate of my mom and my sister's opinions. We didn't feel rushed at all and we ended up staying there for about 1.5 hours. I had narrowed it down to about 3 dresses, and they encouraged me to continue to try them all on and take my time making a decision. I ended up selecting a sample gown for 40% off the original price. Once I had selected the gown, everyone there seemed genuinely happy for me and my family and the decision. It was really a wonderful experience. And the best part was that since it's in Delaware, it's tax-free! The veil was a fingertip, 1-layer veil with silver embroidery and crystals along the edges from Giselle Bridal. It was expensive, but really beautiful and fit well with the dress.

Jennifer's works with a seamstress named Karen Schluter. Karen was wonderful to work with, and very accommodating to my schedule (since I was only in Philly a few times before the wedding). In the end, the dress fit, bustled nicely, and it was pressed beautifully (she handpressed each of the pleats).

Jennifer's is wonderful because it is a one stop shop. Everything is available in one place, from the dress to alterations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I highly recommend making an appointment, this way you are guaranteed an assistant who will cater to your every whim. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I thoroughly enjoyed shopping for my dress at Jennifer's. The staff is very attentive. The seamstress she recommended (and who could take after hour appointments inside Jennifer's) performed miracles with the bustle! The dress was gorgeous and I loved how good I felt in the dress, too.
