My husband and I purchased both of our wedding bands from JBR. The process of ordering the bands was easy, but the rest was not. There were no problems with my band, it was ordered and arrived at the store in about a week. However, JBR said they would call me when it was in, but they did not. With my husband's band there were so many problems. The first associate did not fit him properly so the band was way too big. He ended up losing it because it fell off his finger. So we bought another band. The next associate once again did not know how to fit his finger properly because when it came in to the store (it had to be special ordered for the size) it was too small! He could not even fit it over his finger. So we ordered another size. JBR said they would call me when the ring came it. They did not. They told me my phone number was disconnected, even though it works fine and has never been disconnected. They also informed me they had not placed the new size order, they had only checked to see if it was in. They had not explanation for why they made this error. I became upset because we had already paid for the ring months ago and they had not even ordered it yet. To make a long story short, we finally now have my husband's band in the correct size, but will never do business with JBR again.

We came to JB Robinson for the price on our wedding bands. They never called (or returned our calls) to let us know that our rings were in. When we finally just went in to see, they had been there for who knows how long. However, they were both sized wrong and they said it would take 8 more weeks to get them resized. Our wedding was in 6 weeks. They said we could order a larger size to get them in on time (but be charged for these rings as well) and then trade them for the correct size after our wedding. Eventually, after standing and staring at the employees, they resized our rings on the spot. Couldn't they have just done this to begin with? I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone.
