I have to admit, I was skeptical of going to a chain jeweler for my wedding needs. I took a look simply because I wanted to get an idea of what was out there. I already had an heirloom diamond I was going to use, so I was solely looking at settings. When I found one that I thought was a perfect for my bride-to-be, I had them look at my diamonds and help me select the perfect one for the ring. They never pushed me to buy anything or look at other diamonds. I think I spent a total of an hour in there looking at engagement rings before I walked out with a pick-up ticket in my pocket. And I was able to get a beautiful matching band for my wife (which they soldered for free post-wedding) and a platinum band for myself at a third of the normal cost. Their lifetime warranty is fantastic, and the one-year no interest financing makes getting the rings so much easier.

We got our wedding bands at Jared. We found the selection to be the best, and the prices were very competitive.

My fiance purchased my engagement at Jared's. It is absolutely beautiful! We returned to Jared's for our wedding bands and received exceptional service. Two days before the wedding, I brought all the rings to be polished one last time and have the rhodium plating reapplied to my engagement ring. Within two hours, everything was shiny and bright for the big day!

My husband got my engagement ring here, the price was great and I love my tacori wedding set. They weren't very good at getting us the rings as quickly as we would like.

Great people, Great service. Value was OK, but it was engagement ring, it wasnt supposed to be cheap. I brought in my own diamond and had them set it in a setting of theirs.

We bought our rings at Dulles Town Center in VA. Nancy Lach, the manager, was extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. We love our wedding bands. Great quality and they came in beautiful boxes which we've kept. Thanks!

My husband had my engagement ring set here and we purchased both of our wedding rings here as well. The variety of rings and the customer service was excellent but I've had problems with both my engagement ring and my wedding ring. Less than a month after I received my engagement ring, one of the diamonds fell out. Luckily I found it so I didn't have to wait long for them to order a new stone, etc. Then less than a week after our wedding, one of the diamonds fell out of my wedding ring. I'm not hard on jewelry at all (I take rings off at night, don't wear them to exercise in or anything like that) and I used to sell jewelry so I'm a bit turned off by their quality control.

They help my fiance reset his mom's ring who had passed away 8 years ago. The ring is beautiful and I still can't stop staring at it a year later. When it came to buy our wedding bands they made it so easy.

We went to the Jared's at Fair Lakes, and each time I went in, I was impressed again, not just by thier selection but by their customer service. They were amazingly flexible with what we needed. My husband got my engagement and wedding rings at the same time, and they were the wrong finger size. Jared fixed this is under an hour on a Saturday! They were very busy, but it felt like I was their only customer. I had bought my husband's ring at JC Penny, but in order to have it engraved, I would have to send it away for two weeks. I went to Jared and they engraved it on site in 30 minutes. They were always friendly

I was very impressed with the service we recived at the Dulles Jared. My husband and I went in and got our bands with no problems. We bought my ring in FL at another venue, but it was a Scott Key. They also have Scott Key and had my band. When I got the band, they did not have the one in the right size, so the sold me the one in the larger size and let me take that one home while the correct size was sent to the store. They did an awesome job and kept both my husband and I happy.
