Great photographer! Very personable, energetic and professional. He does just about anything to get the perfect shot. My engagement photos were amazing. I can't wait to see my wedding photos.

James Allen was great! He did a fantastic job on the engagement photos and I'm confident the wedding photos will be amazing. Everyone in the wedding party enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend him both for the value and the excellent quality!

The first thing that I loved was that James' price included the engagement session. I felt like that gave us time to get to know him and his style and be comfortable around him which was really great especially if you are camera shy at all. I haven't seen my wedding pictures yet but if they are anything like my engagement pictures they will be wonderful!!!

James did an amazing job at our wedding. From our first meeting to when he said goodbye at the end of the night, I knew he was going to capture our wedding in a meaningful and artistic way. He wanted to understand who we were and what we wanted to serve us the best way possible. He was incredibly flexible and changed our contract to help keep the costs lower. He arrived with a smile and kept it on the entire day. He also made the pictures fun and interesting. He had so many creative ideas for different shots and everyone adores them. Even my guests noticed how hard he was working to get great shots and complimented him for it. I love all the pictures he took that I want to print all 700 of them. I am so happy that we chose James and would recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with James. I planned my wedding from the east coast, so the first time I met James was on my wedding day and he was amazing. He did an awesome job making my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and our pictures turned out incredible! In fact, we are the couple featured on here! Go figure!

James was great and while we haven't seen our wedding pictures yet (seeing as its only a few days after the wedding) I am positive we will love them. From the minute I met James I was confident that the pictures of my wedding would be wonderful. He was so professional, with a charm to him that makes you feel comfortable right away. He worked with me on the specifics of what I wanted but was also able to direct the set up of all the shots including Pre-Ceremony all the way to the end of the Reception. His creativity and knowledge resulted in wonderful pictures of my wedding day. He was also willing to work with me on a price which at the time I felt was reasonable, now after the fact I believe I got a value 3 times what I paid. I will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know in need of a photographer. He also was the photographer for my friends wedding and their experience was much the same as mine.

James really did a great job at our wedding! I am sure the bride is supposed to have at least some idea of what type of photos she wants. I had no idea and relied on James' experience. He is experienced enough to advise the couple on every aspect of the photography. He is unobtrusive and always gets the shot. He is pleasant and accommodating, making it impossible to be uncomfortable in front of the camera. My photos turned out so beautiful. My friends and family said that I look like a model in my photos, which I can only attribute to James' talent. I am already recommending James to everyone I know here in Chicago. I cannot express my gratitude to James for preserving our wedding day so beautifully.

James Jabubowski (James Allen Photography) has a tough name to spell, but his service was unforgettable! He did an awesome job capturing those small moments that mean so much. He was fun and easy to work with. He listened to our requests and his photos were beautiful. He also was willing to work with us to build a package that met our budget needs.
