My fiancé and I spent a lot of time researching and checking out a lot of venues. We went to a wedding expo at Jacques where we met Aimee, and went back again to meet one on one. Let me just say every review that raves about Aimee’s work, attentiveness & professionalism is spot on. She was wonderful and promptly answered every email I sent. The room is massive and provides plenty of space, and the cocktail room is currently being renovated. If your looking for a great venue don’t pass up on Jacques Reception Center. -

Jacques was such an amazing wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception here and all our guests were so impressed. Everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the food was! The staff is extremely helpful and so attentive. They took so much stress of the wedding planning. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding thanks to Jacques and how smoothly they run. Our guests still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding! Would book here over end over again! -

Amazing Wedding Venue
My wedding with Jacques was a fairytale! Aimee was incredible to work with from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, the staff is AMAZING, and the food is delicious. Jacques made the entire wedding process so easy for us. Aimee answered all of my questions promptly and always made herself available when we needed her input. Our initial wedding date was supposed to be April 2020. We unfortunately had to postpone, but Jacques worked with us and we couldn’t be happier. All of our guests raved about the food and how much fun they had! I highly recommend Jacques for any weddings or parties! -

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Aimee and her staff for making our night truly amazing. She helped us every step of the way in planning everything answering our 100+ questions and gave us a lot of great suggestions and ideas. Plus the food at Jacques is to die for. So many of our guests talked about how amazing the food was at cocktail hour and the reception. We also had our ceremony in the garden out front, which made it very easy for the whole event. I would highly recommend for their exceptional staff, great value, delicious food, and great spaces for any event. -

Our wedding was fantastic. Aimee went above and beyond for us at every step of the way. We had Lynn for our tasting as well as for our bridal suite concierge, and could not have asked for someone more attentive. When it came time for my dress to be bustled and my bridal party was struggling to figure it out, Lynn jumped in without hesitation and helped make the process smooth. Planning the wedding with Aimee felt like being with one of our friends. She gives her honest opinion and will help you pick the perfect combination of items. From the mashed potato bar to the pork roll sandwiches on the way out the food was delectable. Jacques truly makes the most important day of your life feel like their most important day as well. -

Sherone Sent on 11/19/2017We really can't rave enough about Jacques! We have gotten such wonderful feedback from our guests about the food, the service, the atmosphere-- not a single complaint. We actually learned that one of our guests booked an event based on her experience at our wedding! We wholeheartedly agree with our guests regarding the above, but we obviously have additional experiences to rate. First, we have to say that you just can't get any better than Aimee at Jacques!!! She always made time for us and was really accommodating about working with our schedules and she helped us to get the most out of our budget. She gave us fantastic suggestions and advice, and if she tired of the frequent emails she received from one of us, she certainly never showed it. We are each very detail-oriented and (thankfully) so is Aimee: everything we asked of her was done just the way we wanted it and that was much appreciated. Jacques itself has a very elegant look and there are several options depending on what type & size wedding you are having. There's a lovely outdoor space, a really large ballroom which can be divided if need be, and a smaller event room. There might be more, but these are the rooms we've seen. We had our ceremony in the Tivoli Room with theater seating, and our reception in half of the Veneto Room. There was plenty of space to move around and plenty of room on the dance floor. We opted for a sweetheart table, which is pictured. We'd also like to address the lobby. Once again, quite elegant and welcoming: there are lovely chandeliers, a grand (or baby grand?) piano, floral arrangements, etc. There is also an cozy area with comfy chairs, a couch, and a fireplace. Jacques also has a bridal suite with a private bathroom, mirrors for preparations and touch-ups, and a table and chairs, in addition to a lounge area! The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient and truly take the worry out of your big day! Lots of food and budget options, too! -

User1604015 Sent on 05/01/2014Aimee was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make our day extra special. I planned the wedding in less than a month and Aimee was there every step of the way. The staff was absolutely fantastic the night of the wedding and all of my guests had all positive comments. I couldn't ask for a more perfect wedding!! The ceremony was perfect and the reception was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The food was AMAZING! The bartenders were EXCELLENT!
I will definitely be having more events at Jacques! -

We originally were set to have a outdoor wedding but we chose not to and they quickly changed the seating to inside. But the bad, with all our planning and such the cocktail hour was ok but myself an my bride requested certain things and never got any of them .. Also there was a sweet 16 next door and there DJ was so loud we could here it over ours. We specifically asked that if there was another venue booked an they said no. So we had kids and randome people walking into our wedding ..
