I would have not been able to remain in my right mind without Maria over
the last few months, she went above and beyond! In Style Wedding Planners was an integral part of one of the most important and special days of our lives, and
we can never thank them enough!

I was one of those brides who didn't think I needed a planner because I could manage everything on my own. I actually won the day-of planning services at the International Bridal Show. I have to say that when the limo pulled away from the church with the rings inside, Maria and Katherine were worth more than their weight in GOLD! Not only were we able to contact the driver to turn around, but the total recovery time was less than 15 minutes...albeit my unfortunate groom was left waiting at the front of the church, but remedied quickly either way. Not only that, Maria made all the arrangements with my vendors, set up an itinerary so there were no surprises, and even juggled the wishes of my groom and I and our families with the utmost discretion. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the services of a planner, but even more those of Maria at In Style as my day would have been ruined without her!!

Wedding Shows can be a bit overwhelming and dizzying so when my MOH and I decided to attend one last year we went with an open mind. We knew we would be meeting lots of great vendors and were excited for it. We saw Maria and were impressed by how she knowledgeable she was. She had some pretty great ideas to share and I wanted to jot things down as she spoke. Meeting Maria and having her as my wedding planner really made my experience great. She had amazing ideas, good working relationships with other vendors and scored us some pretty great deals. But apart from that, her work on the Day-Of was spectacular. Thank you Maria

Originally, my fiance (at the time) and I weren't going to go the wedding planner route. However three months prior, with the wedding date ever fast approaching, we knew we would need help, especially on the day of, if we wanted to feel any sort of relief. Your wedding day is a pretty important day in your life, and you're going to want to remember it and enjoy it! Maria of InStyle Wedding Planners is a superstar, and that is putting it mildly. She's organized, experienced, understanding, and fun! Words cannot even begin to express how happy we were that we booked you and your team to help plan our wedding. 3 months into the planning and with 6 months to go, I could already feel the stress starting to build and the anxiety of having to get this, and that done before a deadline and on budget was getting too difficult to handle.

We met with Maria and immediately knew that she was going to be our wedding planner. There was something warm and genuine about her, and her approach was so friendly it was near impossible not to book on the spot.

Over the course of our 6 months together Maria was there with me through it all and always with a smile. When I needed a friend she was there to listen, when I needed some strong advice she was there to lend it, when I needed a sit down to put things into perspective it was Maria who did it. Truly amazing! You were and still are the best.

My husband Stuart and I met Maria and her company, In Style Wedding Planners, when we attended a pre-wedding celebration hosted by the Mississauga Convention Centre in November 2009. Our decision to hire a wedding planner was easy, but choosing a wedding planner wasn’t as easy as I thought, until we met Maria. I speak for both my husband and myself when I say we liked Maria from the moment we met her. She was warm, friendly and available to answer all of our questions. We have attended a dozen wedding/bridal shows all over the GTA and we have met a number of ‘professionals’ in the wedding planning business and we did not get the same kind of attentive professionalism from those other individuals as we did with her. And professionalism is one of the most important qualities I look for when I work with someone. We hired Maria for ‘Day of Coordination’ for our August 20, 2010 wedding of 250 guests, but she did so much more.

My experience planning our wedding was amazing and I don’t think I would have had the same positive experience if Maria wasn’t involved, luckily I will never have to know. And if we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Maria was there every step of the way; she was especially helpful through my neurotic episodes of indecisiveness. She accommodated our crazy work/life schedules and met us whenever and wherever suited us best.

I am so thankful we choose Maria, she was the best person for the job and I am so happy to have had the opportunity to have worked with her. When finding a wedding planner, it is so important to find someone who suits you and your husband’s personalities. Maria had no problem adapting to our learning styles and communication styles, as challenging as they were at times. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. Maria brought our vision to life and it was amazing. I’m certain you will have a positive experience if you allow Maria to understand your thoughts, feelings, fears and joys, that’s what I learned to do and it paid off.

I hope future brides find this information helpful. Don’t let an extremely small portion of your budget stop you from hiring someone as wonderful as Maria to help you execute the vision of one the most important days of your life, it is so worth it in the end and it’s money well spent.
