I have to be perfectly honest. Sarah was really great during the planning period of our wedding and was always on top of things when we needed her. She dropped the ball on our wedding day though. Her assistant Amber was the hero of the day because she was on top of everything when Sarah was no where to be found. She said she had another engagement but I'm sorry she shouldn't of taken on the other event. We did not pay her for half of her attention on our wedding day. We paid for her full attention and barely got half. Also after the ceremony Sarah did not speak to any of our family and we were very shocked on this. If you are looking for some good help getting things planned and don't care how they treat you on your wedding day she's your wedding planner.
