Honey Fund ruined our honeymoon! Four days after the wedding and we are still waiting for our funds to go through! Honey Fund linked our money to the wrong bank account without verifying it with us. Then when contacted Honey Fund tried to place blame on We Pay. We contacted We Pay and they said it was Honey fund's mistake. Our honey moon was supposed to be special! Thanks to Honey Fund we had to cancel all of our plans! There is no way Honey fund can ever repay us for that! Honey Fund refuses to take responsibility! Please don't trust Honey Fund to handle your wedding gifts. Honey Fund will screw up your honeymoon with no remorse. I hope the people at Honey Fund realize they screwed up our entire vacation! This is the leat I can do to express my frustration!

Their paypal integration is terrible and prevents orders from going through.

We loved using honey fund as our registry! So quick and easy to set up and all of our guests raved about how creative it was! Also, when it came to tracking gifts and writing thank you cards, it was a breeze! We would recommend this to any couple getting married!

What a great concept that people could give us gifts that went toward our honeymoon. The registry was easy to set up and looked great. The free version was fine, but my husband decided to use the version you pay for and it was GREAT!! Our guests loved it and many people used it for our wedding gifts!

It can be awkward to tell your wedding guests that "we want money" - even if it truly is the best way to contribute to your honeymoon. Honeyfund made this easy for us and convenient for guests to provide contributions to the wedding or honeymoon. It was particularly convenient for guests from out of town or out of state who might not have a way to shop from your wedding registry at a retail store. The site is simple to setup and they walk you thru setting up a Paypal account for credit card contributions. Through the generosity of our friends and family, and Honeyfunds easy to use site - our honeymoon was practically paid for. We HIGHLY recommend Honeyfund.com.

We decided to use Honeyfund since we enjoy travel much more than sheets! I did a lot of research on the options available for a honeymoon fund and Honeyfund was the best option on the market in my opinion. I did pay the extra fee so to make the website available without any advertisments. I would estimate that 80% of our guests took advantage of this site & in conjunction with paypal it was so smooth to transfer the money to our accounts. It is also very helpful in the Thank You note process as they have everyone's gift organized into a list. We were very happy with our choice and we would do it all over again!

Honeyfund was completely fantastic. There are a lot of honeymoon registry sites around but only honeyfund took none of our money and provided all of the benefits. Our guests loved the ability to see our plans and pay us directly for things we wanted. The use of paypal is great and now fairly universal for payments. I can't express our excitement enough about how honeyfund really made it possible for our guests to help us pay for a memorable honeymoon.

Your guests will not have to pay a fee, and you only have to pay to manage your Paypal account. (My husband did this for us, so my knowledge of what this was like is limited.)

What a great website! We used this for one of our registry items and it was a hit! I payed for the "upgraded" site and am happy I did. It looked wonderfully professional and our guests loved learning what we were going to do on our honeymoon and helping us to do it. The whole process was extremely easy and they save all your information for thank you notes. Definitely recommend this alternative registry!

The service was an excellent and user friendly set up, and it was easy to track and get notifications of when people left money. I think i would have been more satisfied with it if i had just done a honeyfund and not traditional registrys as well.

I highly recommend this honeymoon registry site. The service is completely free, they do not charge any percentage of the money received. We wanted to take a relaxing road trip for our honeymoon. We put up activites such as wine tastings and admission to a waterpark as well as items such as gas money for our drive there and back. You can break down the big expenses into smaller increments too, like we put that we needed 8 gifts of $20 each for our spa visit, so people can collectively gift your experiences to you. The givers simply pledge that they will give you the item of their choice and then give you cash or check directly. There is also an option to include Paypal if you so desire. After our wedding date, we got a nice congradulatory email with a total of what we had received to put toward our romantic getaway.

I have seen examples where people used this site for things non-honeymoon funds such as gifts toward the down payment on their new house too. Your imagination is the limit!

Honeyfund is absolutely the best site out there for registering for your honeymoon. They're the only one we found that doesn't take a percentage of the money your guests gift to you. In addition to wedding presents, I wasn't into the bridal shower thing so my husband and I had a co-ed wedding shower at a wine shop and we alerted our guests to our honeyfund and received additional gifts for our shower.

All of our friends had so much fun reading about what we were planning to do and picking out an activity to "give" us. They also accept Paypal and this was super convenient for many of our guests. We cannot recommend this site enough!
