I had such a great overall experience with Holland Studios! I was an out-of-town Bride and was only able to meet with them a couple times, but after the first meeting I was at ease and had complete confidence in them as my photographer. They were very flexible with me, discussed what I wanted and came through with a package that fit my wants and budget.
The day of the wedding, the photographers were very professional and their experience was undeniable. They were so good at making the wedding party and family feel at ease, cueing us and making us laugh. My nerves were gone as soon as we started pictures. They were so good at moving things along and we stayed on time. By the end of the night I was so excited to see what they had captured, and by the next day they had published our slideshow. The pictures are beautiful and everyone who has viewed them is impressed. I could not have asked for more!

As soon as I met with the Holland Studios team, it was obvious that they were perfect for us. During the engagement shoot both my husband and I were laughing so hard together and Eric really made us feel comfortable and got wonderful shoots. When it came time for the wedding, everything went perfect. I didn't have to worry about them capturing the things that were special to me. After the wedding there was a slideshow up of the pictures 3 days after!! I would recommended Holland Studios to everyone and anyone how is planning a wedding.

Eric Hollen photographed our wedding in September. I knew I wanted Holland Studios when I first got engaged having seen their work. However, I was so pleased with the way my own wedding and engagement pictures turned out that I will now sing their praises to everyone! Eric makes you feel so comfortable having your picture taken, his style is casual, yet true to who you are as a couple. He captures the most amazing emotions and moments from the day. His ability to blend in as a guest, yet still capture so many important images is so amazing. He is a true artist! Our pictures are lovely, intimate, emotional, and beautiful all at the same time. I am so happy with our pictures and also with the overall experience of working with the talented and caring people from Holland. Thank you Eric and Tami!

I loved working with Bryce at Holland Studios. Everyone was so flexible and willing to work with us in our budget to get exactly what we want. Our photos turned out amazing, and I regularly get comments on how beautiful they look! My own con is that I live outside of Portland, and it was a bit of a hassle to have everything mailed down to me when it was done...I had to wait and it cost extra. Don't let that stop you from using Holland Studios though!

The pictures were absolutely fantastic, however there were a few things I thought needed to be improved. I had one of the less experienced photographers and she did not take the time to scout out places for photos, which left us very short for time. She also didn't follow the timeline that had been laid out and therefore my entire family (40+) ended up being called to where I was for photos, despite the fact that they weren't supposed to see me until the ceremony.
They also didn't take notes upon our first meeting and all of our choices were lost. Because we do not live in the area we weren't able to come back to redo our album decisions and we ended up with an album type we did not want.
As I said, the pictures were fantastic but working with them was difficult.
