very great venue. accommodating, great experience.

Working with Kevin at the Rye Town Hilton was a relaxing experience. He is a professional who knows how to put on a smooth stress free wedding. They were able to accommodate our every need and went out of their way to ensure we felt like everything was always under control. Possibly most importantly, they did not nickle and dime us in accommodating our desires.

Kevin went through every detail of the wedding day with us before hand and was invaluable in kindly reminding us of details we may have overlooked. Then on the day he communicated with us when necessary and always seemed to be standing next to us when we needed him (yet not in any of the pictures, I wonder how he did it...).

We had a slightly non-traditional reception run-of-show and the staff worked closely with our vendors to ensure the night went smoothly and according to our plan.

We could not have been happier with our choice of the Rye Town Hilton for our ceremony and reception.

The Hilton did an amazing job for my wedding! I was given a suite the night before my wedding to hang out with my bridesmaids. I brought over all of my gift bags, and items for the wedding 2 days before, and all I had to do was tell them what each thing was for. They set up everything for me, and it was perfect! I even brought tons of candy and they set up a gorgeous candy bar the night of my wedding! I worked primarily with Kevin, who was always wonderful and very attentive. Sometimes it was hard to get the front desk to answer the phone! That was the only negative thing I experienced. I have to say that if that's the only complaint I have, then I had a super successful experience with the Hilton, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I thought the Hilton Rye Town was a wonderful choice for my wedding. They were professional, helpful and enjoyable to work with. They run everything like a well oiled machine - all went perfectly. The room is beautiful, the food was good, the service was excellent and the experience was terrific. I would recommend this venue for a wedding to anyone.

In addition, it is a great place to have an event where people need to stay over because the rooms are both nice and reasonably priced.

I wish that I could remember every person's name because every person that we came into contact with was wonderful. Sylwia was the coordinator for us and she, along with Kevin and the maitre de were on top of every detail. They were totally responsive to what we wanted and didn't want. They gave us many ideas when we didn't know what we wanted. at the tasting, they accommodated our extended family that wanted to be a part of it. We were able to truly enjoy our own wedding. Our guests complemented so much about the Rye Town Hilton, especially the food. My bustle broke and Sylwia quickly fixed it. My aunt lost a scarf and Sylwia and Kevin popped into the bar way after midnight to return it. Champagne was waiting for us in our suite.
Staying in the hotel was also a wonderful experience. We stayed for the whole weekend with our family and friends in a large and elegant suite. We held a brunch the next day, and again the food and service was wonderful and were were given plenty of space within the restaurant to hang around and chat.
