Joanie and her staff were truly great. They made our wedding day so special. They were attentive to all of our needs and last minute changes or additions. We had a few meals that were undercooked at one table. But other than that the location, weather and day were perfect!

Joanie and the entire staff, made planning a wedding a complete pleasure. From top to bottom the Hilton Staff took great care of us, and all of our out of town guests. Even with our weather issues we had a great beach wedding. Their responsiveness and adaptibility made it all possible.

I am so thrilled that I had my wedding at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach. My wedding day was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and all of my guests had a great time. Joanie and her crew of lovely ladies were wonderful to work with and so responsive. I planned my wedding from New Jersey, and they were always available when I had a question or concern. All of my guests who stayed at the Hilton loved it as well. They made the wedding that I envisioned in my head possible.

We had a great time at our wedding and reception and the location was BEAUTIFUL! Our ceremony was near sunset and the reception went into the night and many people partied later :) They were all having a great time.
It was a drive/fly for most of my guests to get there, since we're mostly in Atlanta, but they all enjoyed their stay. The Hilton was very accomodating and gave us great rates since we had a group of rooms we filled!

Well where to start! I dont think that there was anything that I DID NOT like about the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. Joanie was awesome! She just had everything down to a science. I live in Nashville, Tn and I wanted a destination wedding. I headed down to Clearwater and I met up with Joanie. She made the visit very personable. As for the hotel it was beautiful! Very contemporary, but nonetheless it was beautiful! I had my ceremony on the beach with a beautiful bamboo arch. Joanie timed the wedding perfect so that I would get married as the sun was setting. Just beautiful! The food was delicious. I dont think that there was one person at my wedding who did not like the food. All that I could hear people say was "Oh my gosh, the wedding was beautiful, but the Food... WOW!" I know for sure that there was not one person that attended my wedding that was not happy. Over all the Hilton Clearwater Beach was SPECTACULAR and I think that you would enjoy having your wedding there! Thank you Joanie and all that helped make my day wonderful!

Joanie and Nick were wonderful to work with. The Hilton is expensive, but it met our needs and what we were looking for. The end result was amazing. They know how to put on a wedding, and they do it very well. Joanie was very responsive to emails and phone calls. The front desk and the staff at the hotel were awesome! We would highly recommend the Hilton Clearwater Beach and their packages!!!

All I can say is WOW. When you first decide to get married at this 5 star resort, oceanfront with bright white sand you are already in awe. Then you meet Joanie Adams. She was my life saver, my saving grace, my best friend through my entire wedding planning process. If I had a question, it was answered within 30 minutes. If I didn't like the way something was, it was changed and fixed. The level customer service the Hilton staff expressed was second to none. From the arrival with the bell hops, to the housekeeping, to the food, to the staff.....just absolutely incredible. I had my perfect wedding and it was all from the help of the Hilton. On the day of the wedding Nick is your go to man. If there is ANYTHING that you need done or need help with he is there within minutes, fixing the problem quickly but with care and appreciation. I cannot wait to come back to the Hilton to visit. The resort itself had just undergone millions of dollars of renovations, the decor is beachy and modern. I highly recommend the venue for anyone who has always dreamed of a perfect beach wedding.

We had a small wedding ceremony on the North Beach of the Hilton, followed by a outdoor luncheon reception on the Flamingo Deck, and we couldn't have asked for more. Planning a wedding is already a challenge, but being an out-of-town bride of a destination wedding is extra challenging, especially if you don't know much about the area and the local vendors. But Joanie Adams was superb and walked us through every little detail. She made us feel comfortable, and we trusted her recommendations when we discussed our vision of our special day, and she along with the rest of her team helped to make it all happen for us. And Nick Miller, who was our wedding coordinator on the big day, was fantastic and the day went flawlessly. The catering department provided us with our lunch buffet and open bar, and all of our guests love their food and drink. The service was great and the venue is beautiful; it's a great location to any one who wants to have a beach wedding.

Out of everything on the day of my wedding dealing with the Hilton was the last on my list. Let me first say i wasnt a bridezilla, im a people pleaser, go with the flow, not one to make a scene. Joanie adams was my contact there and she couldnt have cared less about me, i was a sale. We arrived at the hilton the morning of my wedding and we were told our room wasnt ready yet. so we went had brunch had a good time, then found out we still didnt have a room. We had all of our stuff for the wedding stuffed in some sort of windowless storage room on the lobby floor. The boys never even had a room, its in the contract i guess, so they're outta luck. We eventually ended up getting a room, at 2 when the reception was at 5!!!! all the girls hair and makeup still to be done. It was a normal rate room when i had checked a week before and it said we had a junior suite...still wanna know how that happened. Joanie wasnt answering my texts or phone calls. when i eventually found her she was in a tasting with a couple!!! Here the bride didnt have a room couldnt hang her wrinkled dress was being cast aside ALL DAY. it was horrible. they should be ashamed at the way they treated me especially for what i was paying. They didnt set up anything the way i asked them too, i could have had the groomsmen do a better job. and to top off the hilton experience the open bar we paid for ended half and hour before the reception!!! have you ever heard of that..talk about embarassing. thank god i decided it was my wedding day and tried to pretend like none of it was happening but i have more than a sour taste in my mouth still 4 months later!!

I was married March 20th could never ask for a more beautiful day! The staff, especially Joanie and Nick, were wonderful!After meeting them for the first time, I knew I was in good hands. They definitely made my stress level decreased...such wonderful people! EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL!

The moment I stepped foot on Clearwater Beach, I knew that it was where I wanted to get married. Honestly, Joanie was just so personable, fun, and outgoing, that I really wanted to work with her to plan my wedding. I was planning from out of town, so a lot of our interaction was over e mail. She was great about answering all the questions that I had. The location itself was just great and all of our guests commented on how great the hotel and beach were.
