Our rings (my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band) are all beautiful. The staff of Helzbergs did an amazing job helping us and were always friendly. They knew us by name we were in so much and were always patient with us.

My engagement ring does not have a designated wedding band. The staff was extremely patient and helpful in finding something that would match. I have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry at this location and must say I am super impressed!

We got both my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Helzberg Diamonds. The engagement ring from a store in MI and the wedding bands from the Sioux City store. We received an excellent product from both stores, and acceptable customer service as well. Though it's sometimes a little difficult to get someone's attention in the Sioux City store. Perhaps they get more "grazers" who aren't really planning on shopping and they learn to ignore them. Especially younger customers like us... we tend to get that a lot. We also had a small bit of difficulty getting the rings on exactly the day we were told. But the rings arrived in plenty of time for the ceremony, so there was no problem there. I highly recommend Helzberg. Great product for very reasonable price.
