I LOVE Helzberg! I think you can really get a lot for the value at this place. Due to the fact that I was in the military and moving around a lot, I've used several different Helzbergs. ALL of them were awesome. The ring was initially purchased from a Helzberg in Nebraska. I then got my yearly inspections at a Helzberg in Georgia. When I got deployed and couldn't come in for my inspections, they were very understanding, and so I didn't lose my lifetime guarantee. The lifetime thing they have there is amazing. It essentially doesn't matter what happens to the ring. They will fix it FOR FREE. I had a very long engagement, so I definitely needed the rhodium plating redone before the wedding. They did it quickly, and it was at no cost to me. We got my wedding band from here as well, and when I had my engagement ring and my wedding band fused together (at a Helzberg in Colorado), that was ALSO free. The lifetime plan is not even very expensive, considering what you get. They also will clean your ring at any point for free (any ring, even if you didn't buy it there!)

My ring is so beautiful, I get a lot of compliments on it, and it always looks sparkly and shiny thanks to their awesome service. Trust me, I've been to 4 different Helzbergs all across the country, and I had the same great experience at all of them!

I LOVE Helzberg! I knew my engagement was coming I just didn't know when. My then fiance took me around to different stores to get a feel of what type of ring it is i liked. We went to a couple stores and Helzberg and picked out about 2 or 3 from those stores that I liked. Came the day that he proposed, the engagement ring was the ring from Helzberg that I was in love with! We then placed my wedding band and his on their affordable and helpful layaway, made monthly payments and got the rings within a month of the wedding. We also received thank you cards from them afterwards, which I thought were so sweet and appreciative of their customers. My husband now wants a bracelet from another jewelry company but I don't want to get it because I don't feel right 'cheating' on Helzberg lol

We got our rings from Helzberg Diamonds in Town East Mall. They had a great selection of affordable wedding bands, and we received our rings well in advance of our wedding ceremony. They also offer free ring cleaning services, which was very helpful. Overall, I would recommend Helzberg to any bride looking for beautiful and affordable wedding bands.

My husband and I are very happy with our rings! Sara, our sales woman at Oakview, was very personable and knowledgable about all of the rings. She let us try on anything we wanted in order to find the right rings. The turn around time to sizing or saudering our rings was very quick too, and they always cleaned my ring when i was in there too! Sara remembers our names everytime we walk in the door. Great customer service!

I bought my husband's wedding band from Helzberg. The band was a special order and came in very quickly! My husband loves the look of his band and has received many compliments from males and females alike. The customer service and quality was superb! Definitely recommend getting a replacement plan just in case!!

I ordered our wedding bands very last minute and they did everything they could to get the rings ordered and sized. They came with a few days to spare! I was impressed with the friendliness of the service and just the entire experience.

I love my ring. My husband is the one that did most of the dealing with them but he has been pleased and they were quick with sizing my ring when we were engaged!

Helzberg is very customer friendly; they are not pushy, they are there to help you get what you want and don't try to push things on you. They are very helpful with product knowledge.

My husband choose this place simply because it was the first place in the mall he saw!! However, we have had a great experience with Helzberg thus far. He purchased my engagement ring there and then shortly after we started making payments (lay away) on our wedding bands. It worked out perfect, we finished payments about a month prior to the wedding...so it was a safe place to store them while paying gradually! We are glad he choose Helzberg!

It is a very good idea to buy insurance for any jewelry purchased. My diamond has been loose at least 4 times in the alst 2 years. They do a good job at getting it back to you in a timely manner. They also make sure to call you right when it is in and they also call to see how the services were.

The one I went to was actually in Lincoln, NE at Gateway Mall.
Anyway, the sales people were all really professional and nice. They had our rings to us in no time!!! I will definately go back there.

Helzberg was amazing. My ring was beautiful. All of the sales people were incredibly nice...sometimes a little swarmy...but i have a beautiful wedding ring at a decent price. The quality is amazing!
