My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Helzberg and so we decided to get our wedding bands there also. My engagement ring was a solitaire and they had lots of options and different types of bands that would go with it. And my husband who is very picky found a mens band that he really loves too. The service was great and they even rushed soldering my rings together for be two weeks before the wedding. And they let us trade in an old ring that I dont wear anymore towards the purchase of my wedding band (it just has to be origionally from there).
wonderful people in this place. they did such a great job and were so lovely to work with. our rings were awesome and they went above the call of duty in getting our rings cleaned and ready for the ceremony! A++++++++
I love this place, I just wish I had more money to spend there. They are so willing to help you out. I no longer live near one of their stores, so they have extended my warranty visits to once and year and have provided all of the boxes and mailing "stuff" to have my rings sent in to be cleaned and inspected.
