Would not suggest using this place- the gal we bought my ring from told us we would have a total of 3 bands in our order... when it was awhile and we were not receiving the ring we asked about it, they kept saying you have to ask the gal you bought it from and she was NEVER NEVER there! They basically stole a crap load of money from us and only gave us 2/3 of what we paid for. No one is helpful or professional there!
We bought our wedding bands from Helzburg Diamonds. We bought way in adavance and they were very helpful in helping us with a payment plan. We chose to do layway but becuae we do not live near the store, about an hour away we had to mail in all of our payments. They were very helpful with sending me a letter every 2-3 months to let me know where I was with payments. They were also nice enough to call and let me know when I was getting close to paying them off. They even called the day that they recieved the final payment and sounded as excited as we were to have payed them off. They also helped my fiance pick out a beautiful diamond braclette which was to be my wedding gift. They helped him match it to my wedding band and kept it in his price range. The girls at the store are so helpful and friendly. They never pressure you into feeling like you must buy from them or that day.
