I love Hello Lucky! The staff is highly professional and made the whole process very easy. I ordered custom invitations, thank you notes, place cars, etc and it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff listened to my vision for my wedding and made my vision a reality. The invitations were so beautiful and really set the tone for the wedding. We received so many compliments about the quality and design of our invitations. I was thrilled with this vendor and would highly recommend them.

From my first contact with Sabrina and her colleague Ian at Hello Lucky, the experience was nothing short of a professional one. I decided to go with Sabrina because of her warm, welcoming personality and I felt that she was working to help me to create what I wanted. I love their designs which fit my desire for unique invitations at a price that was affordable for us. Sabrina always presented different options and ensured that we stayed in schedule. I actually had two separate wedding celebrations this year - with Sabrina doing the invites, reply cards, seating chart and table signs for both. Everything went perfectly and I always felt like a valued client. Without reservation, I would recommend Hello Lucky to friends.

Working with Hello!Lucky was undoubtedly the best part of the wedding-planning process. In fact, I became so enamored of H!L that I ended up budgeting more for letterpress than I did for my (Kenneth Pool) gown! We ironed out all of the design details via email, and the ladies at H!L couldn’t have been more helpful: they responded promptly and in detail to my queries, emailed proofs quickly, and delivered everything in a timely fashion. Thanks to their unflagging attention to detail, all of the stationery arrived beautifully packaged in special Hello!Lucky boxes for protection during transit. After working so closely with the H!L team, it was like Christmas each time a new package arrived!
We entrusted Hello!Lucky to design all of the elements of our invitation suite (invitation, RSVP card and envelope, reception card, belly band, outer envelope, matching stamps) and day-of stationery (favor tags, seating chart, programs, bottled water labels, dance floor gobo, and various signage for the event, such as guestbook inserts, specialty drink signs, etc.). As any bride might imagine, this represented a substantial expense, not to mention a leap of faith: we were counting on Hello!Lucky to set the tone for our event, and they dazzled us with their remarkable style. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and we still receive compliments on H!L’s divine creations.
The ladies at Hello!Lucky are clearly passionate about letterpress, and you can trust that your invitations will be in excellent hands. It was an enormous pleasure to collaborate with such a lovely, dedicated team. I can’t wait to find more excuses to work with them on future projects; thanks to their unparalleled design aesthetic and letterpress artisanry, I know that I’ll return to H!L soon!

Hello!Lucky was THE BEST vendor we dealt with for our wedding in every way. Firstly, the end-product. The invitations were absolutely beautiful. They had the old world luxurious feel of letterpress but a modern, Asian inspired design which was exactly what we wanted. The design proposals they provided were varied and each, very beautiful. In addition, the designers at Hello!Lucky were very accommodating of our comments and we ended up with an invite that felt very personal to us. Hello!Lucky also designed the packaging and assembled our wedding favors. They again proposed a variety packaging options that were each lovely and tied in with our invite design. Secondly, the level of service. The tasks which they assisted us with in addition to designing and creating the invite and favor, they also coordinated the calligraphy for our invitations and helped us to assemble our invites and favors. We had the various elements of the favor sent directly to their offices in San Francisco and they put them together for us which was a great help as it was one less thing for us to do before the wedding. The invites and favors were assembled flawlessly. Considering the number of invites and favors (over 500 each), the quality of their service was extremely impressive. We felt that the level of professionalism and responsiveness they displayed was exceptional and head and shoulders above anyone else we dealt with in the course of planning our wedding. We understood from the beginning that custom designed letterpress invitations would not be a budget option but with the level of service and the quality of the end-products we received, we genuinely felt that we had received value for our money with Hello!Lucky!

Can Hello Lucky's line of letter press stationary and cards be any cuter? I'm talking fluffy kittens and baby bunnies cute. Very retro and modern, my fiance and I immediately selected the "Sweethearts" line for our saved the dates and wedding invitations. The company is flexible in rearranging and changing icons and fonts. Their cards, while pricey, really make a statement and stands out from the cookie cutter wedding invitations available. One warning though, letter press takes at least a month to print, so order well in advance!

Hello! Lucky designed absolutely gorgeous invitations for a winter wedding ceremony, and then we had to cancel the wedding and they were totally understanding and wonderful about it. Then, when we set another date only three months out for a casual summer wedding, Hello!Lucky quickly designed a new fabulous invitation and were able to get it printed in time.
Hello!Lucky responded quickly to all of my emails, sent multiple options for my husband and I to review (we paid for a custom design), and gave great advice on where to cut costs. I will use them in the future for birth announcements, etc....

I can't say enough good things about Hello! Lucky. Their designs are amazing, and I was able to customize to our wedding colors. We received tons of complements on our invites, and they really set the tone for our modern, elegant affair! The staff was easy to work with, the tunraround was quick, and their pricing on digital printing allowed us to have the high-end design and more budget-friendly pricing.

We used Hello!Lucky for our Invitations and Thank You Notes. Everything they printed was so professional and neat, it fit our wedding perfectly.
