Absolutely great store :) Had great staff that could recall you by name, wedding date, "the dress" etc. Very helpful in making all your wedding dreams come true; from dresses, to jewelry, shoes, and chair covers. We had a great time visiting the store each time and staff were very responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

Delivery dates were always a week earlier than we were told :) Heartstrings made it much less stressful while planning our October 1st wedding! Trying on and finding my wedding gown was the best part of it all!

Heartstrings has a great selection and very friendly people for me to work with. I bought my wedding dress along with the bridesmaid dresses here. They were very helpful in picking my dress out. They also let my bridesmaid and I have the whole dressing room area downstairs when we picked out the bridesmaid dresses since we had an appt. The prices were great overall.

Heartstrings was great to work with. I liked the small shop feel of it. There was never more than 2 brides in the shop at a time trying on. Each person I worked with gave me all of their attention during my appt.

they were great - i was looking for a specific antique looking dress. we hit the jack pot. they had a great variety of all types of dresses and they were all affordable.

Heartstrings Bridal was where I bought my own wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. While I appreciated their more laid back approach (i.e. they don't strip you down themselves in the dressing room), at times I felt like they could have made their presence more known. However, they were great to work with, have a great selection of dresses, and their prices are very reasonable!

I rented chair covers and sashes from Heartstrings Bridal. They were beautiful! I would give them a 5/5 but I found chair covers and sashes cheaper after I had ordered from Heartstrings.

I primarily worked with Christine for my wedding dress and ordering of our bridesmaid dresses. Christine was great to work with and made the dress selection and buying process so easy. All the dresses turned out fabulous! Prices were reasonable as compared to everything else we saw. We also ordered our tuxes through Heartstrings, which turned out okay (they were very responsive to last minute size changes, etc) however if I would do it again I would have gone directly through a tux shop b/c hours for pick up, drop off and any changes would have been much easier (i.e. closer to our home or reception location would have been more convenient for our groomsmen). That being said, Heartstrings did work with us to make sure everything turned out perfectly for our wedding day!

I bought my dress from Heartstrings along with having the bustle put in by their seamstress, Venetia(not sure if it's spelled right). I mostly enjoyed my experience there. I had no problems getting an appointment that fit my time needs and the staff was friendly. The seamstress did a great job with the bustle and it was pretty inexpensive.
My only suggestion is to hire women who know more about all aspects of wedding dresses and the designers they carry or train them more thoroughly on wedding dresses and the dress designers.

I was always able to get an appointment at a time most convenient for me. I did have to wait a couple times because the shop was running behind on appointments, but they were courteous. They always had good sales, so if you knew what you were looking for you could get a good price.

I like the dresses they have here. Only problem was I am a size 0-2 and the only dress sizes they have to try on for smaller people is 10-12 so its hard to tell what the dresses really look like on you. I had also rented some stuff from them for my reception centerpieces and needed to change something, every time I called and left a message no one would ever call me back. I also called to increase the number or centerpieces and they said "sure no problem. So, my sister picks them up and they did not increase the number so we had to go back and pick up more. We also had to clean the centerpieces when we got them because they had candle residue all over them from the previous person.

Heartstrings can be hit or miss. I had a pretty good experience buying a dress. Their shop is clean and organized. I didn't feel overwhelmed, they didn't rush me, and I really liked the selection. Also, I was able to find the perfect dress, and at a very reasonable price. Only problem with the store is that there is only one mirror, so you'll have to share, which can be a little frustrating when you're trying to make a decision. Overall, I'm happy with my dress buying experience.
Renting chairs was a little different. Their prices are the best in the cities, so keep that in mind. I was disappointed a little with the service. I made an appt to check out the chair covers, but they barely gave me the time of day. Then pretty much every other time I was there, with regards to the chair covers, the attitude was the same. Not rude at all, they just didn't care that I was there. And the rules that go along with renting the chair covers are kind of annoying as well. All in all, I'm not upset I went with them. It was a great deal. It was just a little more work then I realized.

Heartstrings was nice. They are a small, yet busy shop, so I didn't feel like the salespeople fawned over the customers as much as some other bridal shops I've been in, but they were definitely personable & helpful. They also had the best shop price I could find on my particular dress. Living out of town made it a little tricky for fittings as the seamstress is only in 2 days a week, but everything got done that needed to & my dress fit perfectly & looked great.

I was very happy with my dress. The service was good but nothing amazing.

We got our wedding gown (and accessories), bridesmaids dresses, tuxes, and flower girl dress all from Heartstrings Bridal. It is a great shop to work with and Alyssa did a wonderful job of assisting us in all of our needs. We did have some issues with my dress alterations, but the seamstress they work with there did finally resolve these for me. In addition, we had issues with a majority of our tuxes from Savvi coming in with the wrong sizes, but the team resolved these and got all replacements delivered to the church on time the next day (would suggest the shop make sure everyone knows how to measure accurately).

Other than that they were very professional, accommodating, and our dresses, etc. were beautiful! Would recommend people to work with this shop because they do a great job and help resolve anything that goes wrong. Thanks!
