Bridget Harding is probably the best caterer for this area. Although it is difficult to get in touch with her in her preferred method of e-mail, she does answer her phone. I also thought the prices were a bit high and found it odd that she didn't put base prices on her menu, leading to lots of unexpected cost. But, on the big day the food was magnificent and the presentation was far above average, I'm still getting compliments on the food and decor. The mashed potato bar and the ice cream station were both big hits and the pecan crusted catfish had people who didn't like fish saying it was some of the best food they ever had. And if you wanted a little Asian flare definitely try Ana's spring rolls and sushi. Over all, I think that she did a lovely job and was mostly willing to work with us on budget, she also through in the lemonade that we had originally wanted but had to drop due to budget constraints, which was a wonderful unexpected gift.
